My second scooter was damaged straight out of the box, rendering it completely unusable and unsafe. What followed has been a seven-month nightmare of non-existent customer service and zero accountability. The Facts: The scooter was delivered damaged. I immediately filed a claim and provided all requested photos and documentation. Seven months later, in November, I still have a fully paid-for, expensive piece of equipment sitting uselessly in a shop. The company's "follow-up" is abysmal. I have spent countless hours repeatedly initiating contact, submitting duplicate information, and waiting for weeks on end for simple status updates. The follow-up from Voro Motors is virtually non-existent, leaving me completely stranded. This is not a temporary delay; this is a total failure to honor the warranty and provide basic support. I have paid for a vehicle I have not been able to ride for nearly half a year. On October 16th Voro agreed to give me a full refund. More than 30days later, No refund and nobody will return a phone call or text message. We purchased $1,700 worth of parts, all of which you can see pictured the quality right out of the box. They sell parts advertised as brand new, make you wait a lead time like they aren't in stock, then wait to tear parts out of other scooters to sell as brand new parts! Once I returned everything to them by spending $300+ to ship, they now blatantly lie and state that both the existing battery and the new battery had water damage and will not repair or refund. EXTREMELY POOR-QUALITY PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and COMPANY OVERALL. DO NOT BUY!!! This is my second 1-star review EVER, and it is well deserved!!! First, I will review the product itself. I purchased the EMOVE Touring from VORO MOTORS in September 2024. The reason for this purchase was the product's advertised durability, longevity, and distance on a single charge. I would use this product 5-6 times a week to commute to work and back. Living in NYC, I was only able to use EMOVE Touring for 6 weeks before winter. In that time the battery charge has gone down more than 50%! In the beginning, I was able to take 2 round trips to work and back on a single charge. I would still have 2 out of 5 squares left on the battery indicator. After the winter, around March 2025, I began to use this scooter again. This time the most I would be able to do is take 3 one-way trips on a single charge. The battery power has decreased by more than 50%!! Now I would have to charge the scooter after every trip to work and back, as I would not have enough power to come back from work the next day. Additionally, and only after just 6 weeks of use, the front wheel had completely exploded and disintegrated while I was using it. Which put me in extreme danger. ALL THESE PROBLEMS ARE JUST AFTER 6 WEEKS OF USE!!! Second, how terrible the customer support has been. I purchased insurance and applied for a replacement part at the beginning of March 2025 to get a new wheel for this piece of shit scooter. Today, June 6, 2025, I received news that the shipping of this part will be delayed for the 4th time!!! It has taken this company over 3 months now to replace the wheel!!! When I called this stupid company to expedite the part many times, they told me that they would work on a resolution and call me back. THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK WITH A RESOLUTION. When I would call back, I would get a new rep who would say they would call me back with a resolution to expedite my replacement and never follow up. When I called for the sixth time, the rep told me that I should have applied for airmail, which would greatly decrease waiting time, but now it's too late because the wheel has shipped. I was furious, to say the least! Additionally, they do NOT keep stocks of replacement parts in the US. They had to order this wheel to be manufactured in China and ship it in the container. As I said above, I have been waiting for the replacement for 3 months now and have had 4 shipping delays. Conclusion: DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. If, God forbid, something happens to your scooter, you will never get it fixed. They do not expedite or escalate any issues. They do not put supervisors who can make decisions on the phone. They do not follow up. They do nothing but sell you a piece of junk metal that breaks after 1 month of use for $1000!!! Purchase at your own risk! After purchasing this scrap metal for $1000 and using it for 1 month, I have additionally incurred about $1000 worth of commuter charges using NYC public transportation while waiting for the replacement part. One year anniversary update (11/17/22) -- After initially giving VoroMotors 5 stars for good service during the sales phase (see below), I am changing my rating to ZERO star (wish that was allowed). My Wolf Warrior X scooter brook down after 600 miles due to defective rear motor. I took it in on October 15. Initially I was told it would be fixed in a few days, just wait for our call. Then a call came that it will be two weeks. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks, I called them and they said oh we have no idea when it will be fixed. the Motor is supposed to come from China. It could be a few weeks or a few months. We'll let you know later. Bottom line, they are great when you are handing them your money, but after that you are on your own. I ordered directly through Voro and not something off Amazon because I was concerned about shipping and quality of EMOVE Touring Portable and Foldable Electric Scooter for my son. I liked their high ratings and the claim that the scooter would be shipped within 1 business day. The scooter was not shipped right away, and took several days in transit. I would have paid for expedited shipping if it was available. I now have to wait for the shipping warranty company to contact me in order to process the claim, which was a hassle. We had to finish unpacking and turn on the display, upload several pics of the display, even though the damage was visible when opened of the rear fender. We just wanted a new scooter that was not trashed, and a company that stood behind their product. We now have to wait another 24-48 hours to be contacted by the shipping warranty company and no answers on when we will received a functional scooter. I own both the Emove Crusier and the Emove Roadrunner. I live in NYC, and I commute to and from work on these scooters. My daily commute is about 6 miles. Of the two, the Roadrunner is by far the superior scooter. I wish to share what I have experienced since purchasing these scooters. First- the crusier was sent with a leaky tire- fortunately that was covered by the warranty- Next, the pin that keeps the deck, stem, and folding mechanism snapped in half- not covered in the warranty- the quick release folding latch clamp was broken when it was sent- no one sent a new one, and it is held in place with tape. The ride is shaky and the stem moves a lot. The scooter makes a lot of noise and is not a very smooth ride- which makes no sense considering the suspension! One of the washer/bolts that keeps the stem and folding mechanism together completely fell off the scooter within the first 3 months of using it. Thankfully, I ran into someone on the subway who resells Emove scooters and he pointed out that there was a good chance the stem and deck could come apart because of the piece that was missing. He gave me his card, and ordered the part for me. He even repaired my scooter for less than the cost of the piece. When I reached out to Voro Motors, they said that they were sold out, and did not know when more would come in! Recently, the cruiser has stopped holding a charge- that is because one of the wires from the charging port is no longer soldered together- I had to buy a new one because it's not covered by the warranty- so I paid $18 for this tiny part that should have been sent in a padded envelope- instead, they charged me almost $25 in shipping because they put it into a medium sized BOX- (the Brooklyn location does not ship parts so it had to be sent from California.) Moving on to my Roadrunner- my kickstand bent in the opposite direction. Please see the pictures- It has had a hard time holding the weight of the scooter! And lastly, the thumb throttle on my roadrunner has completely come apart. When I called voro motors, they said that they are sold out of the part, and the next shipment is 4-6 weeks away! Thankfully, my repair man was able to fix it! If you buy a scooter from Voro, don't bother getting the extended warranty! It covers nothing!!! Im not shocked when i came to the google reviews i would see a bunch of people having the same issue as me when it comes to customer service from Voro motors. I purchased a roadrunner v2 April 25th. And got an error code E003 within 30 miles of use. I contacted them and that's when this 2month (and still going) back and forth started. For each question u have you can be prepared for at least q week in between being able to get it answered . Like a robot they alllllll say we will get back to u.. (just take that as im going to end this convo now and the next time u contact you will have to re explain yourself all over again to a new person only to be told the same thing (see the pattern).once the right person heard me out and after me sending a bunch of proof i was able to be sent what they felt was causing the issue 2 new controllers(i had to pay for shipping also -_-) .. once they came in it didnt fix the issue. After some more days of back and forth they said it was rear motor that needs to be replaced and was told to send the controllers back (another week passes) they get them back and another week later they send out the motor only for me to get it a week later and it be a FRONT MOTOR instead of a REAR MOTOR .. ( this has to be a joke ) I notify them and sent proof of their mistake once again . I was told to send it back (another week wasted) and they would send me the proper motor . I sent it back and they received it and i had to call a bunch of times for an update on the motor being sent out only to be told that they are currently out of stock of the rear plug play motor that they had in stock the whole time i needed it but now its out of stock and nobody has a clue when it will be back in stock . Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's very evident they don't care about you. They told me a product had cruise control. I bought it because of it and it turned out it didnt. Their response was "oh sorry, anything else we can help you with?" I ordered something that said was in stock before purchasing, only to find it on backorder. My scooter came with a warped or not straight brake rotor out of the box and they say i have to buy a new one, and they wont send me a new one on a MANUFACTURER DEFECT. Buying one of their most premium scooters they offer, has been a poor experience from day one. After purchasing a Kaabo GT Pro for nearly $4k, the first one sent to me was damaged right out of the box. Scratches on the frame, grips, forks made the unit look like a floor model. Though you could tell it was new, you could also tell it wasn't handled with care. Disappointingly I had to send the scooter back to Voro because the under deck lights didn't work. Voro originally said that the lights were the wrong voltage and was able to fix the issue. They sent the scooter back to me and the issue still existed. Now the excuse was an apology and I was asked to send back the scooter again. This box is almost 6 ft tall and weights over 120lbs. Lugging it back and forth to the UPS store is a chore in and of itself. Instead of fixing it again, Voro decided to send me a replacement. The problem, there were no replacements. It was nice of them to let me change colors to get a quicker replacement and 3 months later I finally got one. This scooter was same as the first scooter in the regards of condition. Again I could tell it was new, but again it was littered in small cosmetic damage spots. However it did seem to work properly. Unfortunately, about 5 miles into ownership it was not. While riding the scooter on a private clay packed road it completely shut down. Screen, power, everything... off. The scooter shuts down so quickly it almost flung me off. After bringing the scooter home I tried to charge it thinking the battery had died and got nothing but clicking noises from the charger. Again I sent the scooter back to Voro and they claim I got the scooter's charging ports wet. The scooter was never on a surface more wet than playdough but this took the scooter out? Bear in mind the Kaboo GT is billed to be water resistant as its sealed very well. As an electric unit I'm not looking to be near anything wet so the entire claim is ridiculous. However, even if true this is the quality of the product? The tech at Voro sent me an email in a very personal style complaining abou what he had to pay for the parts in order to repair my scooter. Apparently I'm out of warranty for the time I had to wait for them to get me a functional unit or they're claiming I some how neglected to care for the unit properly, which at this point is just insulting. They have been given two simple options that I would accept. Either they keep the scooter and sell it on their used site and give me the refund minus $500 difference which they do for themselves or send it back to me repaired so I can put it on YouTube and destroy it for views. Perhaps I can regain some of my loss in an epic destruction worthy of what these scooters are; a flaming pile. Voro is no longer replying to me and know I have contacted the BBB which they are not a part of but are accepting complaints. My lawyer has also been contacted and I have complaints filed in both CA and NY. This company operates in two very friendly consumer states and though it may take time I have plenty of it. read more

Long story short, I wanted to leave a 1 star review on their site. I noticed it only had 4-5 star reviews. I left the 1 star review and it was deleted. VoroMotors actively deletes 1 star reviews to prop up their business model. They even told me on a call they pick only good reviews to show case their products. If you go to Reddit or elsewhere, you'll find a lot of people are not happy with this company. I have put about 400 miles on my Emove cruiser and the main bolt that holds the folding mechanism together snapped while going around 15mph. I ordered the bolt and three other parts on voromotors online, it said the item were in stock, but I've waited a week with my items not even being shipped. I chatted with customer service for them to say the items were not in stock and that I have to wait 4-6 weeks. On a separate occasion I purchased a new pair of brake levers for my emove cruiser since the brake sensors in mine stopped working. Upon receiving my package they sent me two right sided brake levers. I talked to customer service let them know my problem and sent me a left brake lever, when I opened that package they sent me a kaabo wolf warrior brake lever. If you can get out to Brooklyn, parking is pretty easy. I parked right in front of the entrance, no problem. Building's accessible with a scooter, and its an elevator ride to the shop. I had some structural damage from a tourist on a Citibike. I was lucky. My handle bar was busted and loose. I don't have a garage or workspace in my apartment, so augmentations and repairs to my scooter are not possible. So...I'd duct taped it together for the time being. Don't say it! I take my 9 yr old to and from school everyday, I ride everywhere on this thing. I can get across town on a commute taking public transport 35-40 mins in about 10 minutes. I had expected repairs to take at least 2 weeks. Probably longer as the parts got to be shipped from China or whatever. I assumed it was going to be expensive. I was not looking forward to not having my transport. At all. I walked in. It was fixed, with parts in house, in about an hour. The price tag was more than reasonable. Coffee shop downstairs while waiting. Fantastic, low key, can-do staff. They fixed the brakes (no shop at home) did a complete check. Brilliant. Honestly. I have rarely been so grateful. DO NOT BUY. This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. From the beginning, it seemed that the folding mechanism was faulty as I was never able to fold the scooter. Then about two months ago, a piece of the folding mechanism fell out, and when I tried to screw it back in, I found that the pieces were misaligned which made screwing in the pieces impossible, even with another set of hands. I took it to a local repair shop, and they told me that compared to the other EMOVE cruiser in the shop, mine was defective. I figured since I bought the extended warranty, I would be safe, but I was denied coverage under the extended warranty, and was told by the company I would need to pay nearly $300 to ship the scooter back for repairs. I asked for assurances that if I did that, the issue would be resolved at no cost, and after dodging my questions a few times, they told me they would cover the shipping but the repair would not be covered under warranty, even though it appeared to be a manufacturing defect. They did not provide an estimate for the repair. I decided then to try and fix it myself by buying a new folding mechanism, but the company sent me one that was too small and told me that the one that came with my original scooter was outdated. I then had to buy spacers to make the new part fit, and the company sent me ones that were the wrong size and did not send me enough. They even have a YouTube video explaining how to replace this part, so there is no reason not to send the right item. I notified them of this and they told me they could only "find" three of the correctly sized spacer and I could buy another one at a hardware store. If this is a part required to make the scooter safe, how are the parts not readily available? I tried installing with the new spacers and the folding mechanism is still stuck, so something else must be misaligned. It has been two months at this point, and the scooter is my only form of transportation. I'm so frustrated at this point I don't know if I should just cut my losses and buy from another company or pay exorbitant fees in the hope that the company fixes the issue that they should have jumped to fix for free months ago. After being lied to, told I was wrong, told it would be fixed, and told it would be made right. Voro and Tronic have failed on all fronts. Their Dualtron Thunder Tronic, which is now no longer available on their website, almost killed me and caught on fire. After I personally discovered which was "an oversight from our technicians" and the scooter not working when I was the first to receive mine. Voro said they would ship it back and repair with their best of best technician. Well, they lied lol. When I got it back it was running, accelerating, and smoking the second I opened the box. Shortly after, something exploded when I was told to ride it and test it out, then the scooter caught on fire.
