Do Not go to this motorcycle repair shop! They're unprofessional, the owner has a terrible attitude, and the service is terrible. They're a complete scam and just want to rip you off! I showed up with my motorcycle and a simple part, and agreed to a minimum two-hour installation fee. The next day, the owner called to tell me the part didn't fit and was broken! When I returned, they said I had to pay an extra two hours for the installation. The part wasn't broken, but they made excuses, saying it was difficult to install and would take longer. They gave me so many excuses. The part should only take an hour to install, but they said it would take four hours to complete... for an hour's work... and I ended up spending $520. They're a complete scam! Never go to this unethical, unscrupulous, and untrustworthy motorcycle repair shop! The prices are outrageous! Even the annual inspection is several times more expensive than other shops! We must file a complaint with the government transportation department about this motorcycle repair shop for scams and overcharging! read more

Rick and his team are wonderful human beings who responded quickly when I slid out on a Wednesday morning. Their shop is located just 40 feet or so off 4th Ave and they helped me push my bike to their shop. They had my bike I'm tip top shape by the following Tuesday and had even given it a wash for good measure. Due to another problem, I couldn't go out and get my bike that day but Rick was both kind and understanding and allowed for me to arrange help to get my motorcycle fhe following day. Why 5 stars to start? Maybe I was charmed by their help right after my crash but they did a truly good job with my motorcycle and got her up and running without much ado. First of all it's my go-to place for an inspection. The turnaround is quick and easy and they are really clear about anything they find. Second, they're an honest team that works the problem and has worked with me based on my schedule. My car's license had expired, but I didn't think it through properly and thought it was the inspection that had expired, so I took it in. He pointed out we had another month on it, but I said whatever it was going to be an issue soon anyway so let's just do it. I also had an ABS light on and that was my main concern. They called me and explained that the ABS sensor was dead because of a rodent (it happens when you park on the street around here) but the actual brakes were fine. They could replace it but it would take a couple days to get the part. Here's where it gets tricky: I was on my way out of town for the holidays. So my main questions were: 1) is the car drivable and 2) can I come back and get the sensor replaced after, even if they order the part now? They said fine. When I went in to get the car back, I went ahead and paid the bill and they wrote out all the services they still owed me. The one thing they didn't bill for was the inspection, because it wasn't done yet (couldn't be until the engine was back up and running) and they didn't want to report a state procedure that hadn't actually happened Fair enough! Never feels like they're trying to talk over my head or talk me into something I don't need. They're great. read more

I just moved to Brooklyn and was overdue for a Carco inspection. Eight-thirty, I google AAA Service by Zoni Bros Inc. and I give 'em a ring-a-ding. Rich picks up and although he's booked, offers to squeeze me in at 9am. I needed more time to have cawfee, warm up the ol' metaphorical "Buick" that is my body, take care of my dog and then I was good. I'm human, don't judge me. Rich is a doll; he can relate. He shifts around some jobs and makes a slot for me to come in at 10am. PERFECT!!! I park at the chain near the entrance of the bay, and get greeted by Rich. Explain what I need, he collects my information, explains the drill and goes to do what he does best; Work. While waiting, a mechanic named Paul (*Paulie has fierce sleeve tatts!!!*) stops by to chitchat with me. Super personable crew of guys. Extra respectful, easy to talk to, didn't rush me, but didn't drag it on, either. On my way out, I walked around the bay to "Oooh! Aaaaaah!" at the bikes and cars they had laid out and up on lifts. They keep that place SO spotless!!! The floors are perfectly swept, restroom was so tidy. It's amazing. I intend on making this shop 'my shop' going forward. I highly recommend this place. read more

Picture it, it's the week before Thanksgiving and you need to get your car inspected quickly. Insurance in the state both want you to go to a Carco inspection place to get this done, and you don't have much time before the holiday start, and you won't have time before the holiday start, and you won't have time don't worry. I was calling around at noon to try to find somebody who could service my car, he was the first one who was able to give me availability, and honestly, the best choice of all is very efficient, very good at the work that they do, and a great conversation as well. I was told to arrive by two, and he was able to get me in when the appointment was slated for. Excellent pricing, excellent service, everything that you need in a car inspection. read more

Me with new cars, I just have bad luck. I came to ZONI Bros 3 years ago when my newly leased car aster 3days of leasing it, got the rear window smashed from something that fell or hit from the BQE/BELT PKWY. Rick (Owner) was very nice to accommodate me when I explained to him the situation. After 3years, I finally buy a brand new limited edition car CHEVY TRAVERSE and my neighbors scratched the rear bumper not by intension. Felt bad but it was such an big investment on our end, we had to fix it. I gave Rick an budget and he kindly excepted the budget by cutting few dollars off to make ends meet, along with giving me a complimentary buffer in which an axx hxxe citi bike user skid my driver side and passenger door. I often travel for business so I asked him to expedite the service much as possible but he couldn't promise anything. It would've taken 4days estimate for fixing the whole job. However on at the end of 3rd day, I had a missed call while on a meeting and usually people would give up but gotta call from the same number back to back. It was Rick! He knew I needed to get the car back and and expedited the job with a surprise. I told him I was on a call but he would close in 45 minutes. It was difficult for me but to leave or get there on time, but after the consideration he and his team has shown me to please me, I hung up the phone and headed right away. The car was outside his shop and I only took a glance and went in to thank him. He then said, " Did you look at the job?". I told him "No" and he said you will not leave or pay me until you see our job". Very professional. The job was like a brand new car! he probably waxed and shined it without saying anything as well!. To all people that own or have a car in the Bayridge or Sunset Park area, you are missing out if you don't know about this place. The shop looks small and looks kind of like a antique car and bike shop, but staff and team members are very friendly and honest. I've actually been there before this to have my car cleaned so I can get a buy out value and they did a wonderful job. At that time the owner's son worked on the job and was very friendly as well! With all this being said, I definitely recommend ZONI BROS to anyone that need professional advise or have certain budget, they will definitely work with you to make you happy and leave with a smile! Got duped, brought my bike in after an accident and wanted my fork replaced, brake lever changed, horn replaced, and small front fairing . Got overcharged, they replaced the fork , ( which I purchased separately), the brake lever was never replaced and is still broken, but got charged because he put a different clutch lever on. Meanwhile my clutch lever had no issues and I installed and purchased a few months back. Horn was never replaced and is still going out on me when the bike heats up a little. Got charged for the horn. Small front fairing was just bent back into place and is cracked, and whistles at high speeds. He also charged me about a hundred bucks for an oil change that I never asked for. I told him I changed the oil myself, and regularly do so. Rick also told me that if I wasn't happy , which I wasn't, he would change my oil for half price ($50)... Just started on replacing chain, front and rear sprocket. And when I was taking the old chain off with the chain breaker tool. I noticed the master link pin was never riveted. The master link plates were out more than the rest of the links... he changed my chain and sprockets last... would not trust his work... be careful. read more

I went to Zoni Bros to get a photo inspection for my car as I had recently changed car insurance. I called and spoke with Rick. Rick was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next morning while other locations told me 1-2 week wait. When I got to Zoni Bros, Rick greeted me with a joke! He informed me that one car was ahead of mine and if I minded waiting a few minutes. Rick works quickly, he filled out the paper work, took pictures of the vehicle and uploaded everything directly to the car insurance through their app. and showed me proof in case the insurance company wanted to give me the run-around. The best indicator of this is that when I brought a bike to them that they couldn't fix, they were very direct and honest about that, rather than keeping me hanging on. Great service! Came in for an oil change, registration renewal, brake pads and rotor replacement, and AC filter replacement. Everyone at the shop was nice and welcoming, and they didn't try to add or upsell me on anything which I appreciate, especially as a woman. They called me to give me an update and make sure I approved the work before they completed it, and they saved everything to show me the old part damage and had this ready same day.
