I enjoyed the salad so much that I nearly forgot about the crackers. There's no doubt if I ever drop by again around noon or after, I'll order it again. I want to mention that I had breakfast here before, too. I highly recommend the barbacoa, which tastes like it was grilled the way vaqueros (cowboys) in South Texas do theirs. This is a business we had heard of in Reynosa and they have now moved their bakery to the U.S. The bread is sold by the pound. It's around $5 and change for the pound. Now, be careful...it adds up quickly. Their main attraction is their "conchas." They are baked fresh all day and both times we've visited, they are nice and warm. They go fast so hurry... The place is very nice. Most bakeries we visit are old, dirty, run down, outdated, etc. But not this one. Loved the charm and decor which makes the visit more appealing. Last but not least, their taste is great! That's the main reason why we came back for a second time. The taste makes up for the above normal prices. Give them a try when you're in the San Juan area. Personally, I really enjoyed how flavorful the chai was and would come back. I also tried the mostachon brulee inside a square and I absolutely loved the icing.
