I could tell they used a high quality matcha but the whisking technique or ratios just seem off. The matcha is grainy and leaves a dry feel in the mouth, while also tasting watered down. No creaminess to the drink at all. On top of that, they added a couple of pieces of dried banana on top. For $10, at least cut up some fresh fruit and put it on top. Just based on the price and lack of quality, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

I stated to the young lady at the counter that this was my first time patronizing the business and that I was looking forward their offerings. She looked at the other young lady at counter and rolled her eyes and just smirked. I asked her for some recommendations... their signature coffees, what they're known for, and customer favorites. She rolled her eyes again and with a smirk stated that "these are good" as she pointed to a piece of paper with a list of drinks that she pushed across the counter. She didn't make any recommendations, just read this. Noting her dismissive attitude, I just ordered my plain coffee which took almost 10 minutes. I paid for my coffee and went on to my meeting. I took a sip and realized that was not what I ordered. She did not serve me coffee she served some kind of chai nasty tasting mess with almond milk. I had to throw it out. Needless to say the $7.00 would've been better spent somewhere else. I don't feel valued as a customer at this place. I can't take them seriously, if they can't even be courteous enough to listen to the order, and ensure it was right. Such a shame, it truly was a lost opportunity to be welcoming, and willing to take me from first time customer to loyal customer. Failed at delivering an amazing customer service experience. Well as the saying goes, "You get what you paid for", I sure did! There are better places to get a Great cup of coffee... go there instead. Cold brew: forgot on specific blend they were using but this was one of the best cold brews I've had to date. I also found out they are very popular for their cold brew selling by the gallon.
