Tea Rush Express has a small sliding window facing East from 10th street to take the orders, pay and pick up your cold drink. You'll almost miss the window as it's new and it's small not high reaching. I don't know if I even took a pic. The only negative is that if it's early you have to wait in the sun. But it's worth it! I've purchased the Taro Boba drink here a few times so I know! It earned five stars! And this taro drink isn't too sweet so it fits the bill! I ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my food. Several people who arrived after me received their orders first, and two customers who came in after me were actually allowed to dine in, which was confusing since I was told that wasn't an option. When I asked about my order, I was told it would be a few more minutes,but by that point the wait and the inconsistency were really frustrating. I don't mind waiting when it's busy, but the lack of communication and the different rules for different customers made the experience very disappointing.

We may as well have ordered plain white steamed rice. The restaurant itself was really dark inside and we almost couldn't see our food! The service was nice and our waiter was polite and quick. But other than that, the food itself just wasn't cutting it for us. If we happen to try this place again, I would probably stick to the lo mein and eggs rolls.
