They have a cute take what you need and leave what you can box in the back. Buisness looked clean and ambiance was quiet. Big location and I'm sure it's better on a busy weekend. The quality of the matcha was good, was a simple drink. Good for everyday pick up or if you need something fast. Tastes like something you can whip up at home for sure, rate it as a 6 out of 10 for the ones in the valley I've tried!

First, the price is slightly lower than the local competitor but not by much. The RGB milk tea price is a lot higher than national avg. 2nd. The tea was absolutely bland. 0% sweetness doesn't mean flavorless. Not only the tea had no flavor, and boba had no flavor. 3rd, the place smells like sewage backed up or something....ugh Overall, bad drink for almost $8 in a smelly shop. It's a 1.4 out of 5.

We got 4 drinks: a lemon honey green tea, a brown sugar milk tea, a honey green tea, and a mangonada. I also ordered their popcorn chicken to share with my fam. I was surprised my parents absolutely loved their drinks and kept praising the flavors & bobas, they've never had anything like it. I loved my Brown Sugar milk tea, the lady who took our orders was super helpful with deciding our drinks and what we each wanted. My family was also amazing by the popcorn chicken flavor; it was perfectly juicy, hot, flavorful, way better than all of the popcorn chicken I've had in Houston. If this restaurant was in Houston, it would definitely be a hit. My only tidbit was the wait for the popcorn chicken was a bit long and wish it had more chicken than fries but I understand they were busy with lots of orders, so it's no biggie. Overall, wonderful. I'm positive my family will keep coming back to this place.

I will say this place has the BEST Boba in the Valley and the Pho is pretty good as well. I've been…read morecoming here for years but one thing I notice is Service is always a hit or miss and policies are weird. You can't order the Korean corn dogs in the drive through. (The place isn't packed) not sure the reasoning. They said it's policy and they give you a number...I came inside to order to go...I have no number. The ambience is cute but the place is small. Keep in mind for large groups. Overall not a bad place, but the weird rules they have are a turn off and make me not really want to come back. Pho Houston, East Ocean, and LE Pho House have better service, and better Pho personally. This one is just close to my house.

Grind Coffee Company BAD CHOICE! NO STARS! WASTE of MONEY!…read more A horrible disappointment! Never again! I was genuinely excited to try the coffee here. I stated to the young lady at the counter that this was my first time patronizing the business and that I was looking forward their offerings. She looked at the other young lady at counter and rolled her eyes and just smirked. I asked her for some recommendations... their signature coffees, what they're known for, and customer favorites. She rolled her eyes again and with a smirk stated that "these are good" as she pointed to a piece of paper with a list of drinks that she pushed across the counter. She didn't make any recommendations, just read this. Noting her dismissive attitude, I just ordered my plain coffee which took almost 10 minutes. I paid for my coffee and went on to my meeting. I took a sip and realized that was not what I ordered. She did not serve me coffee she served some kind of chai nasty tasting mess with almond milk. I had to throw it out. Needless to say the $7.00 would've been better spent somewhere else. I don't feel valued as a customer at this place. I can't take them seriously, if they can't even be courteous enough to listen to the order, and ensure it was right. Such a shame, it truly was a lost opportunity to be welcoming, and willing to take me from first time customer to loyal customer. Failed at delivering an amazing customer service experience. Well as the saying goes, "You get what you paid for", I sure did! There are better places to get a Great cup of coffee... go there instead. Too bad for the owner that this person is the face of the business and a poor representative of the business. I guess we know now what NOT to expect from grind coffee company.

Their flavors rotate pretty frequently according to the season so at the moment they have a lot of Fall season flavors like Pumpkin Spice. I got to try some of their new flavors like Vietnamese coffee and pistachio. I recommend you go try some of their staple flavors I mentioned but always give their new ones ago. Last Summer, I had their lime and chamoy and it was delicious. It is a little bit on the expensive side, especially if you put a lot of toppings but I usually keep mine without any so it comes to around $6-$8 dollars.
