The shop is so cute, many variety of things. The atmosphere is normal and usually quick service. Can be a bit loud if packed. I once did the build your own fruit tea but it was a simple strawberry milk tea with coconut milk and strawberry jelly that literally tasted like medicine. I asked for a refund after the first sip. I love that they use actual tea and not the powder to make their milk teas. My favorites and go-tos are the Oreo Cheese Milk Tea (so unique and flavorful!), Cheese Tea in Jasmine, and Wintermelon Milk Tea. I like to make mine 50%-75% sweetness and it's absolute perfection! One thing I wish they had for a topping are egg pudding and baby tapioca. But the tastiness of the milk tea here makes up for it Great family owned business! read more

I really enjoyed their drinks. Their boba is amazing and fresh. Customer service was amazing. Had a friendly staff. Had some cute anime pins, and keychains. If you don't like it being there when's it's crowded, I would recommend going early afternoons. I recommend trying everything on the menu when you get the chance. It all looked so good. Fantastic service and reasonably priced for bubble tea. Bubble waffles and waffle pops are a nice addition. Employees are very friendly and efficient. I didn't get here until shortly before closing and was worried I was too late, but they served me courteously and never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. My waffle and drink were very good. The drink wasn't too sweet, which I like. I do wish they had tapioca pearls though. This was my first time trying agar pearls, and they are good, with more flavor than tapioca, but I just love the chewiness of the tapioca. They do also have a variety of bursting boba. read more

It is noted as one of their speciality teas. Surprised to hear that I was the last one to receive this drink till Monday. (I was here on a early Saturday afternoon.) Surprisingly, great boba for an average price of $5.50. Their straws are paper straws- getting a thumbs up for ecofriendliness so they are going for the green look. Didn't have the chance to try out the bubble waffle treat or waffle pop. Not really crazy about it. Had my fair share of bobas around the world and the valley, and this is the best for your money and taste. Wouldn't bother going to the rest of boba establishments. I took my nephews here as a treat for one of their birthdays and they all had a great time. Everyone had blended teas with bursting boba and bubble waffles with ice cream. The kids were a little overwhelmed by the menu choices since it was their first time but everyone was very patient. My ten year old nephew said it best - all the drinks were yummy, the waffles with ice cream were perfect, and the workers were friendly! I had the cheese tea as recommended by a staff member. Their milk teas have an acquired taste. The Thai tea is more water than milk and they jasmine taste like they barely dipped the bag in. Mind you their boba isn't actually tapioca boba. It's not your classic boba. My husband went in to get it for us, I was on the phone the whole time. The cashier was really nice and patient, but it's more like she was trying her hardest to sell us the drink. Maybe that should've been our first flag. We tried his (Thai) and it wasn't good. I didn't even want to try mine (jasmine). We asked if we could get a refund and we were told no. Mind you I hadn't even broken the seal on mine. She told us we could get another drink but we'd have to pay half for it. Like??? We understand not getting a refund for his but mine was untouched I didn't even open my straw. It's not classic boba.
