I went here because my mom loves the chain and I although I tried to talk her out of it, here we are. The Steak & Shrimp was basically mystery meat and 2 pieces of Shrimp. I ordered the plate and the Grilled Teriyaki chicken was also subpar. None of it tasted real or fresh. Rude Manager Beatrice! Went to Panda Express and we decided to get off due to the drive thru line being extremely long. There was plenty of staff working. We placed our order and made our way home. When we get home we are missing a plate, looked at our receipt and notice that it was not charged. I called and experienced the worst customer service from what she call herself a manager. I explained what happened and let her know that we live in Mission but this location is closer to us. Her response was that we should go to Mission and purchase the plate that we are missing! I did not want a discount or a free meal but the thought of her telling me to go to Mission if I live in mission is unexceptable!!! Not to mention that the plate was made but they did not charge or put it in our bag I asked for the district managers name and she refused (didn't want the DM number just needed a name). She also mentioned that they were shot staffed just to justify it, but they were clearly not short staffed the had plenty of people. Let's start with the food and service. It's good, the food is very delicious and plentiful. The service is fast even when it is pretty crowded, hopefully it stays like that. I like how it flows so it is faster to get your food and sit down. When it is crowded you can choose to go sit outside. The inside is very pretty and moderns. There are many tvs and there is a lot of light that enters the restaurant. The restaurant also has a separate tea "bar" if you feel like ordering some there. There are free samples that they bring to you and the service is generally nice. It's a fast food restaurant so obviously they don't have they healthiest choices but restaurant and food is good. I would recommend coming here if you wanna try some fast Chinese food. read more

Chinese food flavor should always be spicy, sour, salty, sweet, and or bitter. Never bland. Today's beef broccoli had the flavor of being boiled in water. I have loved this place since it opened and It's my favorite go to for a quick meal but they have one female server that literally will count the pieces of chicken she puts on your plate. I ordered firecracker chicken and there were THREE pieces of chicken...that's it. She did the same thing to the person behind me and they asked her to serve them more. Will avoid her serving me at all costs. She wears glasses but so wish I would have gotten her name when I got my meal last night because I would have blasted her all over this post. Our experence at Panda Express has historically been very good, however on one visit recently they significantly fell sort of the mark and all attempts to reach the Restaurant have been unsuccessful. Phone calls reach a recording saying that no one is available to take my call and to call again later with no option to leave a message. Emails go unanswered with the exception of being sent updated copies of their Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Policies for use of their Git Card Program. On this recent visit the Restaurant was undergoing some renovation and all of the Beverage Dispensing Systems were being replaced. The Parking Lot was full of new and old equipment, the serving and prep areas were a mix of Food Prep and Workers replacing Equipment and many items were either sold out or not available that day. I should have left but my Wife wanted Panda. Unfortunately after we got our To-Go Meal home we discovered that the food did not taste right, it had a funny taste and practically no flavor that we could identify. We are frequent Diners at Panda so we know how their food usually tastes. We were concerned about possible contamination from all the remodeling. We could not eat more than a bite or two before becoming very concerned and discarded the meals. I actually held on to the meal incase Panda wanted to see them. Unfortunately as I said we were unable to reach anyone at Panda and even now a week later we have been unable to reach anyone from Panda by Phone or eMail. And other than their updated Policies and Proceures we have received no response to our concerns. Not what you would expect from what we thought was a High Class Restaurant. We probably need to reconsider our list of Restaurants when we are deciding where to go. Very Disappointing. read more

I ordered the Wok steak and shrimp which is an addional charge of $1.25. The server only included 2 pcs of shrimp in my portion and when I brought this to his attention that I did not see that he included more than 2 pcs of shrimp, he responded that there were 3 pcs that the 3rd was underneath and that is all that they are to include. Well when I got home, there was no 3rd shrimp, it was a pc of potato. I think that if Panda Express is going to have entrees with an additional charge, that is understandable, but please make it worth the upcharge or customers will probably not order it again. read more

The new dish, General Tso, is one of the nastiest things I've ever eaten, avoid this selection!! The food was really good when this location first opened but has gotten to be really gross the last few months. The taste is not consistent and the the quality has gone from 9 to a 3 at best.
