The coffee is decent, but a lot of modern customizations (sweet cream foam as an example) are not available. That being said, a lot of thought and effort was put into the ambiance and it shows. It's cozy and welcoming. What absolutely kills this place is the owner being an absolute douchebag. It's a quaint little shop with a pretty decent selection of coffees and teas. They also have a few desserts and crepes that you can pair with your coffee for a snack or a light lunch. The ambiance is exactly you would expect from a coffee shop, with relaxing music playing in the background and a couple board games here and there; it's perfect for a short sit down with a couple friends. Personally, I used this place as a study-spot. There are plenty of electrical wall outlets by their large tables and there's plenty of seating - not to mention the speedy free wifi. I dropped by while in Weslaco looking for coffee. Well, I didn't go to Weslaco for coffee but I needed coffee in the morning . The gentleman behind the register was very nice and the patrons were all happy and talkative. I just got a black coffee and it was really good and strong. I can't vouch for the other drinks but hey, veteran owned business so I know they will make it right if it's not to your satisfaction. read more

We enjoyed this little coffee shop. They have a nice vibe and friendly baristas. They took time to explain the different drinks and make recommendations to taste. They took care in preparing the drinks well. One suggestion I would make as a lactose intolerant customer would be to offer lactose free milk as an option for people like me. I don't know why coffee shops don't do this. It's not expensive and it has a longer shelf life than regular milk. When traveling outside the country I found many coffee shops that do this, but I have never seen lactose free milk in a coffee shop in the US. I would love to see it though. My wife was happy that they bad many options of sweeteners like stevia to choose from. read more

If you're from out of town and from a big city, this is your best shot at a decent espresso. The RGV (btw never saw an actual valley lol) has major constraints on craft coffee and good food but at this place they know how to pull a shot and do pour overs. They don't have a selection of coffee beans to choose from and stick to "traditional" types but the owner is invested in his patrons and I got the impression that he cares about their experience. On several occasions I saw the owner bring my order curbside himself. Viola! WiFi is strong and plenty of seating. read more

In town for a few days, we found this great coffee spot in downtown Weslaco. The staff is friendly, both the savory and sweet crepes were excellent (we watched them being made) and the bakery items were top quality. My son (an avid baker and pastry chef in-training) was impressed as well. The location is very convenient to old Bus. 83, the locale is spacious and comfortable and the setup is great for doing work or just hanging out with friends for a good, long chat. GREAT alternative to Starbucks in Weslaco, which is over-priced, always crowded and dark. read more
