I started with Lean Lifestyle less than a week ago, but after sampling just a handful of meals, I…read morehave upgraded my plan from "lunch and dinner" to "breakfast, lunch and dinner" and "morning/afternoon/evening" snacks - I am all in with them. The food is sensational, and I don't say that easily. The ingredients are fresh and each element of the meal is well-seasoned. My only wish is that there was more of it, but that would defeat the purpose as I'm utilizing the service to aid in weight loss. Their customer service has also been good as I made several adjustments from the start. And the convenience is off the charts. I always said if I had a personal chef to cook all my meals for me, losing weight would be much easier. With this service, I've found just that. I highly recommend them! (And to those who may complain about the cost, try adding up the cost of all the meals out, food delivery charges, groceries tossed because your best intentions to cook healthy weren't realized, etc. If this service helps me get healthy again, it's worth every dime and then some!)

I have done several weeks of this food delivery, averaging 6 meals a week. Off the bat, it beats…read moreout most online non-local services through freshness alone. And 9/10 meals have tasted fantastic (I like trying new things and they don't always meet my flavor preferences.)They deliver meals several times a week to make sure everything is fresh and that is super appreciated. Including all those deliveries, I think the price is very fair in comparison to the online options which deliver once a week. Next, the food selection is very good. There are several types of meats to choose from, ranging from turkey, chicken, beef, fish, and shrimp. And there's always a good amount of veggies for those looking for nutrition. I cycle through different meal options and different meat options quite regularly. Now the only negative I would give them is that their site does not list calories. So if you're in the market for healthy and want to count your calories, as far as I could find, they do not have that listed anywhere.

The dinner items we've picked from Eat Clean Phx are very flavorful and the perfect portion size. The sodium content is balanced and not overloaded with sauces. I've come here to tell you how incredible this food service is. I have tried so many online and…read morelocal food prep services and they're all lacking in some way. My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

We did communicate thru emails and the only thing I regret is not making sure I had their phone number. Other than that, our evening was five star. We had fabulous Bruschetta made with local ingredients and plated beautifully . Our salad was fresh, perfectly presented , and even cold plates. Our main was a Shrimp Scampi with linguine of mixed colors using squid ink pasta. We finished with a fresh peach cobbler made with local peaches and delicious vanilla ice cream. Sasha was our host and was perfect with my guests. I can get nervous, but she was so calm , and was able to anticipate any questions. They do have various menus to peruse and they asked about any food allergies. I provided the dishes, plates, silverware, and glassware. As we were enjoying our deserts Sasha cleaned everything and stored left overs. This is a very professional company who first responded immediately to every email with different questions. They care about their quality of food and preparation was top notch. I would not hesitate to refer them without a doubt and I look forward to having more events at my home using this company.
