Since it was, the staff member took the time to explain how ordering works: grab a menu, decide what you'd like, and then return to the counter when you're ready to place your order. While looking over the menu, I noticed they had a "secret menu" featuring birria ramen, which is one of my favorites. I decided to order that along with a passion fruit margarita. The margarita was refreshing and tasted great, but for $11, the portion size felt a bit small. For the birria ramen, I added mushrooms and green onions for an additional $2.50, which I didn't mind paying. However, when the dish arrived, I was surprised by how little broth it contained. There was barely enough to qualify as ramen, which was disappointing. In fact, there was so little broth that I found myself wondering why I had even been given a spoon! That said, the flavors were excellent, and the service was outstanding. While the small drink size and lack of broth in the ramen were letdowns, the overall experience was still positive. I'll definitely be back--and next time, I'll be sure to ask for extra broth!
