I have been getting my scripts filled here for along time now. Service has gone downhill! Today…read morewaited in the drive thru line and when I Rang the bell was rudely told "it'll be a minute" That "minute" turned to over 15 of them! The lady with the head covering was beyond rude! I know I am asked for date of birth and address to verify me by this time it was more of demand then a question of verification. Once the script was located she tossed it in the drawer never verified I wanted to use the card on file, no thank you, not even an acknowledgment of the wait. Was she having a bad day and taking it out on me? If other pharmacies in the area had not closed I would take my business elsewhere but I am sadly stuck! This location is absolutely atrocious!

I saw some plastic spoons on top of the counter and asked about those . She simple stated we don't use those the others are smaller. There was no empathy. I recently moved down the street and this did not make me feel like a valued customer. I hope you coach your team on how to be empathetic to your customer and try and go above and beyond. I quickly found what I needed. It was super fast and easy. The staff I interacted with was really helpful; I spoke to one staff member (I forgot her name, but she was great) who answered my questions and helped me right away. The store was well-stocked, and everything was clean, aisles, windows, all looked great. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area. Great job to the team!

My husband suggested I check out the little mom n pop place in town. I thought for sure, there is no way they'd have what I needed if the bigger chains couldn't get it. Well! I was super wrong! Not only did Nelson's fill my Rx, like very quickly, the pharmacist there called the original place themselves to help me get it transferred! I was blown away by the service. Small town places FTW!!
