For meat products, they have frozen quail, which is usually difficult to find... however, I have never been a fan of their other meat items. The one time I purchased shank and liver, it wasn't as fresh and of quality I anticipated. Parking can at times be difficult and drivers are a bit aggressive. It will be warm, but not an oven. 2. Nice employees. I have found people to be friendly and helpful. They say good morning. They answer questions. They assist me when the self-checkout machine gives me a hard time. 3. Selection. I can usually get what I need here. Sometimes they are out of something, but that's true at any market. If I would ask for anything more, it would be lower prices. But I would ask that of every store! It's so expensive to shop. And I wish they had a better selection of apples. I buy a lot of apples. As I got ready to leave, he asked me to come back, and I asked for his card -- he handed me three and told me to share them with all my friends. He even offered to let me sit out front and enjoy my coffee, but I had to get back on the road to Santa Maria. Just before I walked out, he stopped me one more time: "Before you leave, I'd like to give you a bottle of Armenian water -- it came all the way from Armenia." And that tiramisu I'd been eyeing?
