I've known Anthony since 2014, and he's always been someone I can trust when it comes to…read moreelectronics repairs! He's helped me out multiple times over the years, most recently replacing my iPhone battery, front screen, and installing screen protectors. Anthony is knowledgeable, professional, and takes pride in his work. It's great to see him continuing to grow his business with Swift Repairs. Whether you need a simple screen protector or a more involved repair, I highly recommend checking him out. Definitely someone I trust with my devices!

I am incredibly disappointed with how this shop handles pricing and communication. I reached out on…read moreYelp asking for a quote to replace the display on my MacBook Pro 14" (Model A2442). They explicitly gave me a flat price of $499 for a display replacement. Based entirely on that number, I took the time out of my day to drive down, drop off my machine, and pay a non-refundable $30 diagnostic fee. However, once they had my laptop completely disassembled on their workbench, the price suddenly jumped by $100 to a new quote of $599. When I questioned why the price changed from their written quote, they claimed that the initial $499 price was actually only for a "B-Grade" used screen with scuffs and scratches on the outer casing. If I wanted a normal-looking, flawless screen ("A-Grade"), I had to pay the higher premium. They had my exact model number from the very first text. Withholding information about different "grades" of used parts until a customer's laptop is already taken apart in your shop is a highly deceptive business practice. Had they been transparent upfront that a standard screen replacement would cost $599, I would have opted to go to the Apple Store instead of wasting my time and money here. I paid the $30 fee just to get my laptop put back together and returned to me. Go to Apple or a more transparent shop that honors their initial quotes.
