If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

Very disappointed with how this situation was handled…read more I dropped off two packages here at the same time -- one USPS and one FedEx. Exactly one week later I found out via my buyer and checking the tracking # that the FedEx package was never scanned into the FedEx system and appears to have been mishandled or possibly sent out with the USPS package instead. I called and also later that day returned to the store and spoke with the same employee who originally accepted the packages. I explained my concern and suspicion that the labels werent read carefully and was told they would "call USPS" the following morning. What bothered me most was the complete lack of concern or accountability. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and regardless of whether they were able to locate the package, no one ever followed up with me the next day to let me know what they found or whether they even tried to resolve the issue. Because of this, I am now dealing with a poor seller rating, refunding my buyer, losing the shipping costs, and losing the merchandise itself. Mistakes can happen, but customer service matters when they do. A simple apology, some effort to investigate, and an update would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling like the loss of my package simply did not matter to them. I would not trust this location with an important.. or any shipment again.

I had already thought this place was amazing back in November when my tragically shattered iPhone…read morewas restored to working order in 30 mins. as promised and for a great price. Because the frame was somewhat bent though, from the original trauma, the screen started to loosen. And, then I dropped it again. The phone sort of exploded into uselessness. I freaked somewhat because it's used for business. To add to the drama, a business-related event was going to take me out of civilization for the weekend the very next day. It would ring, but there was no way to answer it. With five o'clock on a Friday approaching and unanswered voicemails racking up, I reached CFN. I was relieved to see that they were open until 6:00 and Tim, the owner, was there with no one in front of me. The prognosis wasn't good though: the home button was detached and damaged, and the camera lens connection was damaged as well. I stood there wringing my hands, like a spouse in the operating room as "the doctor" poked and prodded the electronic patient. I was fully expecting to have the patient declared DOA since CFN I think mostly does only screen replacement. I figured a visit to Verizon was next to plunk down $800 for a new phone. However, Tim took a part from this other phone and a part from another and in the end it was solid. But, would it work? It actually came alive! It works like new and I was saved! He had some plans for after work and was hoping to close on time so earlier he had called home, but he never made me feel like he was being put out at all. Tim honored the warranty (even though my dropping it didn't help) and only charged me $50 for the extra parts and work. And, he was patiently working on it until 6:50. Thanks CFN, you saved the day. I am spreading the word...even though that might mean that next time there's a line ahead of me.
