L Street Tavern is located in a nice neighborhood, but parking is hard to find since most of the spots are for residents only. We came later in the evening so there was only 1 other person there which was nice. Nothing about L Street Tavern really makes you think of the movie and I actually kind of like that. It is just a dive bar that you can tell is loved by it's locals. Lots of history can be seen and felt here for sure! We ordered 2 beers and a Red Bull Vodka - we drank our drinks and hit the road.
