There was one day that I think they must have been having an off night because everyone seemed crazy stressed and very short with us when questions were asked. The manager Dan offered the explanation of an "inexperienced chef" and "credit" toward the next meal. Additionally, the staff person who took the order, was simply unkind. To make matters worse, just recently I had a business meeting and had It catered by Pasqualino's. They failed to provide any dressing for a 20 person salad and made another large mistake with the order. They didn't offer to refund and also refused to deliver any of the necessary items to complete the meal. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because i know there's potential in this restaurant, because It used to be good. I hope they can figure It out.

While our server was polite and gracious, he did little to offer suggestions for drinks, additional appetizers or desserts. Things that could have benefited the diner and the restaurant. He also was not as organized as he could have been. The other thing I hope the owner pays attention to are the extremely uncomfortable chairs. A little padding to the backs would help. These are minor issues when the food is good and made order.

Good enough to make you want to keep ordering from them, because even if their food is delicious, their bread just hits home--and that is why I've been spending the kind of money I have to order from them. So to include zero bread with an order of beans and greens (when I made a note requesting to PLEASE add a little bit extra)? Kind of felt like a passive aggressive slap in the face.
