Got a simple large pizza with half pepperoni and half onion. The cheese was delicious and there were plenty of toppings. I love the sauce and crust. It's the kind of pizza that you want to completely eat. Service was great overall. I was greeted with a welcoming smile when I walked in. I had some trouble with my gift card and the owner came out and immediately helped me. Place is clean and had a few spots to sit and enjoy your pie. I'll be back at some point to try other items on the menu. read more

We've tried a few pizza joints around here since moving and this is definitely one of my new favorites. The pizza was flavorful and on the thinner side, just how we like it. You can't beat their Italian hoagie, just like the Burgh hoagies we remember and missed out on over the past four years living in SC. A cold sub is NOT the same, just saying. It's a little on the pricey side, (I paid roughly $43 to have this delivered) but I'm definitely not complaining. I had no way to pick-up and after cleaning and unboxing all day I was NOT trying to cook dinner too. Side note: What isn't pricey right now? Consistently mediocre, at-best. Pizza is always floppy and sad looking. Ingredients are sub-par. Bread is decent and always undercooked. Never had a pizza worth coming back from Carluccis, only have ever used them as a backup pizza and it always disappoints. If you need a pizza, this will pass with a 60% D- rating. Had an end all experience about 3 months ago when I waited with 8 other people for over an hour because of who knows why?!? No one ever offered any explanation or addressed the customers either. Pizza was okay.... ordered the x-large pepperoni and 12 wings... 2 stars for the pizza, -20 for the wings. They were possibly the worse wings due to the ratchet smell. Like 30 day old oil they were fried in. Literally smelled up my entire house when they arrived. We ate 2, the wife and I and threw that shit away. Absolutely horrible. Never had anything like that. What's crazy is, I'm a Dasher and delivered the same order and wings looked and smelled great so I wanted to try since I'm a wing man... no pun intended. But damn, never will I ever eat from this place again. Never. Days later, the smell still infiltrates my tongue. Never again. Great service - the folks there were great. A group of us ordered some pizza's and at onsite. They offer a small dining area (no frills). We ordered a few pizzas and depending on your likes, the pies may be your vibe. Crust - the crust is thin. I like my crust crispy and use the stand test. This pie had some serious flop. This not as bad as it sounds as the flavor was good. If I order again, I will ask for a longer cook. Sauce - the sauce was neither great nor bad. It was not too sweet nor too acidic. The amount of sauce was just right (not toppings were sliding off my pizza due to the sauce. Toppings - Again - I would ask for a longer cook. I like my pepperoni to have the burnt crusty edges. While it started to turn toward my liking, it was not quite there. Overall - the service is great, the pizza good. read more

This spot is close to my house and has good specials. The menu covers a lot of bases. I ordered a cheese pie and a pepperoni mushroom pie. Both were good and I would order again. I liked the thickness of the crust and the toppings were solid. I would order again based on convenience and the quality met expectations. Better than chains for sure. read more

This place was not what I expected based on their site. There was minimal indoor seating and the restaurant was not set up for dine in options. Drinks were $4 for a 20 oz soda. Employees were somewhat friendly and did allow kids to use their restroom that did not seem to be public. No trash cans available for customers to use. read more

We had a pizza topped with bacon and the buffalo chicken roll appetizer. The pizza was decent, average pizza nothing too crazy. The buffalo chicken rolls were great and the homemade ranch dressing was super rich and creamy! Loved the combination of the buffalo chicken and ranch and would recommend getting a side of ranch to dip your pizza in. I have ordered from Carlucci's quite a few times during covid. The food is always correct, delish and plentiful. I have been happy with everything I have gotten. They are also not overpriced. And most of the time, the delivery is faster than the expected time. I do like supporting local businesses and I love that they deliver without me using grubhub, ubereats, etc. I have gotten their wings, pizza, potato skins, hoagies and some other apps- all delish!! read more

As newcomers to the area, we were pretty disappointed with the entire pizza order/delivery experience Carlucci's had to offer. The person who answered to take our order sounded like he hated his life and didn't want to be there, we waited AN HOUR AND THIRTY FIVE MINUTES before the pizza arrived, and then, upon arriving somewhat warm, a third of the slices were only half covered with toppings (reference picture). Lazy customer service, from start to finish. I wasn't able to reach anyone at 9:15pm to see where my pizza was because they had already closed by 9pm. They finally came knocking by 9:20. The pizza is greatly overpriced. We had three large pizzas and it was over $60 number two when I called and asked if they have thin and crispy. The lady said she makes thin and crispy pizza. All she did was she took the pizza and left it in the oven to get brown and burnt. it was thin but not crispy. it was a flippy floppy type pizza that you feel like is undercooked the dog can't stand up straight. My husband and I ordered takeout from here on a Saturday night. It was only a wait of a half hour before our food would be ready which was perfect timing since we were coming from Robinson. We ordered a large hand tossed bacon pizza and the Buffalo Chicken Rolls. It was fresh out of the oven when we got it and still pretty warm when we got home. I cannot comment on the Buffalo Chicken Rolls as I did not try them but they looked pretty good. They were nice and brown and crisp on the outside and the bread looked soft with a decent amount of filling on the inside. The pizza - was simply alright. The bacon was mainly sprinkled right in the middle, leaving the outer edges close to the crust out to dry. The crust was thinner than I expected but because the pieces were cut small and there wasn't much of the topping, it held together ok. I do imagine more toppings spread out over the pizza would make it a bit flimsy and hard to eat without a fork. The employee I spoke to on the phone was very nice to speak with and gave me the total cost and amount of time before we disconnected. Overall the pizza from here is average. Between the rolls and pizza, we had some leftovers so the price was ok for the product, maybe slightly high. A little more topping and a little less flimsy and I would be all in! read more

Ordered pizza and a buffalo chicken salad. Pizza was great--would order again. The buffalo chicken salad came with a piece of overcooked chicken where the breading didn't stick when they cut it up. NO FLAVOR--not sure what made it "buffalo", maybe they thought the celery sticks that were tossed on would be the ticket. Stick with pizza and don't order the salads. read more

I used to LOVE their chicken Caesar or chicken anything. But not I learned they use pre-cooked chicken instead of freshly cooked chicken for the SAME PRICE!!! Mind you its a 16 buck salad. This place is amazing. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and split it with my father and we both loved it. The cheese was so good and the pepperoni was so perfectly done. The customer service was amazing. The person who took our order was very helpful and patient and willing to accommodate. There were also two very fun arcade games: pinball and Golden Tee. It was a great environment and they also had indoor and outdoor seating. The food was amazing and was definitely worth the price. I will be eating here again. read more

Placed my order at 5:50 PM through their website. I received my confirmation that the order would be delivered within 45-60 min. At 7:10pm the food still hadn't arrived and I called. I was told the driver "just left" with my order. I worked in the business, I understand this is jargon used to buy time. My food total was $23, they charge a food delivery fee of $4 (for what??), a convenience fee (that's rich) of $1.50, I tipped $3.50, and was charged tax on top of all that. My food arrived at 7:25 luke warm with no apology for taking over an 1.5 hrs and best of all this place took my wallet for 60% of the food cost in tip and fees all before it arrived. FYI this place can look up my time of order and cost to verify accuracy and if I'm lying feel free to call me out. read more

I have had the food from here several times. Overall I would say it is overpriced compared to competitors but excellent. This is the first time I ordered from there during COVID. I can empathize with them that they may work so much together that they accept contact with coworkers not wearing proper PPE (masks specifically). The above being said, understanding this, I put on my mask well in advance of entering and being visible to the employees approaching since I could tell they did not have their masks on. Still, all three, all within reasonable distance of a customer, did not at any time attempt to put on a mask. I hope this was just being worn out later in a night and not an expression of attitude towards what we are all dealing with with this pandemic. It was very upsetting as I, like most people, would like to get through this all as soon as possible. Beyond it being disrespectful to a customer clearly taking their well being into consideration, it is counterproductive to us all FINALLY getting through this. read more

Wow. In the Pittsburgh area there a million (?) pizza shops. All the chains and the small family pizza joints. I have become so tired of the same old pizza. All taste the same. Well, not any more. We have found a great place for pizza delivery. The pizza is absolutely delicious. The hand thrown crust is not super thin but not doughy like many hand tossed. Ample toppings and delicious cheese. I'm really sad to write a bad review for this place. I used to love their pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas for pickup from here on Saturday and was told 25 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes late and the pizzas still weren't done. After an additional 30 minutes waiting inside, we finally got our pizzas. When we got home, we realized we were given mostly uncooked pizzas. They were literally still dough that was heated just long enough for the cheese to kind of melt. If we didn't live 25 minutes away we would have taken them back. This was such a horrible experience, we will no longer be back. What restaurant gives a customer uncooked food and thinks it's appropriate? Not a single worker even apologized for the delay. read more
