I use them at a few of my commercial facilities and have found them to be very effective. Luckily for me, the only alarms we have received so far have been user error (power outage, someone not disabling the alarm in time, etc). I've received the proper phone calls when those alarms go off and the staff have always been great to work with. The hardware is simple and easy to use, and the phone app makes it super easy to disable an alarm before I walk into a building, which is helpful when I have my arms full and don't want to fumble with the keypad. In this wild world, I'm glad we have Mountain Alarm to keep us just a little bit safer.

We had been paying for services we were not receiving without concern or reimbursement by Vivint and have decided to drop the service. Sad to see a once great company turn into what it has become.
