Poor communication and no show…read more I scheduled last week for 11 on Saturday. I called them at 1130 and they were like oh they should have showed up by now. The receptionist called them, and they said their machine broke and they were getting it fixed. They said they would offer me 10% off and I could either wait for them Saturday or be scheduled first thing Monday. I told them it was no problem, we would wait around on Saturday. He said they would call him when they were 30 minutes out. I wait til 430 pm and no one came or called me. Monday comes and I called at 8 am before they opened and left a message to see if they would be there Monday morning. Then when they did open I called from 9-11 and it kept going straight to voicemail. I emailed them and they never responded two day. So I scheduled yesterday with Keystone and they came today.
