We had the pleasure of working with Nas who came for an extensive complimentary consultation. She spent about 2 hours with us going over all the options and working out a design on her computer. The price she quoted was very reasonable, and she offered an extra 10% off if we paid using a credit card rather than financing. Several weeks later Alex and Greyson arrived for the installation which took two full days. They couldn't have been friendlier and were very respectful of the home by wearing booties and laying down tarps to protect the floors and carpets. There was one small error - the handles we wanted were installed in the wrong color. One quick call to Nas, and she arranged for the installers to return the following week with the correct color. They insisted on not accepting our final payment until the issue was rectified. The overall quality of the items seems better than I expected, and the doors all have soft close hinges as a standard feature which often costs extra elsewhere. We'd talked with two other companies prior to Closet & Storage Concepts, and it was really no contest. The showroom is great, and Sofia kept us in the loop along the way. There were a few hiccups with install: product delays which turned into an extra day of install, some areas weren't quite cleaned-up, and we noticed our dryer now has a pretty good dent in it from the install (once we let them know & luckily had in-progress photos to show when the dent occurred, they took care of it--dryer now good as new!). Rob and Sofia made sure a team came out the next day to finish and fine-tune the cleanup, and the end product is exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend.
