I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. A bunch of spots left behind, no scrubbing done at all (until I practically had to beg while pointing out a number of heavy traffic spots that looked bad). He did the whole house (about 1,500 sq ft of accessible carpet) in 90 minutes by a single person for $200 which is the fastest we've ever had it done (hastily done). It stayed wet for 36 hours (supposed to day in 4 hours). I texted Brian, who is usually quite reliable, and got no response. Hopefully this is a one off for them and they haven't gone downhill altogether. If you wind up going with these guys, definitely ensure you don't get stuck with Luis!
