She asked questions to understand my situation and recommended the service that suited the house best. The entire process was very transparent and seamless. The day before, I received a confirmation of who will be coming to the house and how long it would take. Despite the fact of the initial two workers were out sick, Alex came in herself to get started and didn't even ask me to reschedule. The process was great, before any cleaning was done, Alex did a walkthrough of the house and was very information on the questions I had. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly within days of the quote. He came out and looked over the driveway. I also had red spray paint on my driveway that he noticed as well and told me that could come up very easily. I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.
