They take their time with cleaning counters, floors, vacuuming rugs, dusting, etc. It's always easy to get in touch with M via text if I need to change an appointment due to conflicts or a change of plans. She responds right away and always tries to accommodate me. And while they have all of their cleaning products, M & J are willing to use any cleaners that you specifically want for sanitizing, for polishing, or just out of your own personal preference. For example, I like my kitchen and bathroom counters polished after being cleaned, so they use the counter polish product that I like because it has no odor and leaves everything extra shiny and smooth. I am always impressed with how spotless everything looks after one of their appointments, and my family and friends always notice it as well! They're also super nice people and enjoy giving extra attention to dogs, cats, and other pets in the homes. If you need a good, deep cleaning, definitely reach out to M & J!

Both floors affected - in total 2 hallways, 2 closets, and two bathrooms. Immediately after turning off the water, I started looking online for a plumber to fix the leak, and they suggested a different mitigation company which I accepted. They came by, and it turns out tried to scam me massively for insurance, etc. I'm lucky to have caught it before signing anything. After this awful experience, I went back online to find a different mitigation company and found Life Savers. They came by at like 9:00 p.m. took a look and although I was extremely suspicious of anyone I would have spoken to after the first experience, Rudy really helped set my mind at ease and made the process incredibly easy all things considered. They stopped the damage, everything was done incredibly professionally and well within the expectations of my insurance company, and their professionalism and kindness shown through from start to finish of their services. My claims adjuster was extremely impressed not only over how I handled the situation, but how Lifesavers did as well. If I do need to mitigate another disaster Lifesavers will be the first team I call. Excellent service and excellent value. They make every effort to work with your personal schedule, as they need to have someone at home to perform the work, or any other services that need to be done. Their office team is also in constant contact with you, and will notify you of any changes. The demolition and restoration teams come in as planned, and work efficiently. After the job was all done, the room looks like nothing even happened (except a new floor, which was badly needed). I requested service for power washing my driveway for an oil stain. I called Able and Ready and he…read morequoted me $150 after sending him a picture of my single car driveway. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly within days of the quote. He came out and looked over the driveway. I also had red spray paint on my driveway that he noticed as well and told me that could come up very easily. I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.
