We contacted several Window cleaning businesses, and JM Window cleaning came in at the best price point hands down. We were so impressed with the quality and efficiency of how great the windows turned out. They were able to schedule us right away and came out within a few days. They cleaned both the inside and outside windows and also cleaned the tracks and some of the flies that had collected on the upper windowsills (we have 21' ceilings). They did such an incredible job. Just wanted to write a review for this great company! It's a mom and pop joint in the best sense of the word. I first made contact with them through Yelp on a Friday evening at 6 pm, and actually received a call at 7 pm with a quote from George's wife! I am an out-of-town landlord with a special request for window cleaning and power-washing of the house exterior for one particular Saturday when I was going to be in town (I previously had a terrible experience with another company, so I know I needed to be around for the work!). George accommodated my request and at a very fair price, which made my day, and so they got my business! George and his employee showed up early as promised, but the community security guard would not let any contractors in until 9 am (we didn't know about this policy, or we wouldn't have had them arrive so early). They patiently waited outside the gate without complaints, which I absolutely appreciated because I felt horrible about this miscommunication! When they were finally let in, George introduced himself and Brian, and he looked me in the eye and told me that he would not leave until I was satisfied with his work. He invited me to walk through the whole house at the end to inspect their work. We bought them lunch to help make up for the wasted time sitting outside the gate, and they were so appreciative. As he promised, George took care of everything and made sure I was happy with his amazing work before taking my payment and then leaving for the day. I am very glad that we met George! The other 5-star yelp reviews are so true, and I will definitely be calling JM Window Cleaning again for future jobs! In fact, I am about to call them right now for another job- they also do solar panel cleaning and outdoor fixture cleaning too! read more
