Very professional, got every window cleaned, and very respectful of our home. This time, he had 2 other guys with him. We only had them clean the outside windows, and it took about 20min. I don't know how good of a job they do. My experience with them is scheduling. They keep canceling on us. They contacted us for the 2nd schedule, they are the ones who offered a date to come. They cancelled on us, again and at the last minute. Same as last time and in a text message. No respect for the customer, what so ever. We agreed to their time frame and they don't have the courtesy to notify us in a timely manner. This time when they cancelled, they said they are rescheduling us for tomorrow. How do they know what our schedule is, they just assume we are at their beckon call, they can't ask us what would work for us? Bottom line this place is unprofessional and has no respect for the customer. I see they have very few review. Makes me wonder who posted them, hmmm read more

I called in and was given an estimate. Very professional and he went over everything they do so I set up an appointment. They called to let me know they were running a few minutes behind. I was impressed that they took the time to let me know. They did an amazing job! My windows have never looked this good. I went ahead and set up for them to come back in 6 months. The owner of this business is the one who came out to clean my windows. He first came out and gave me a quote and then honored that quote when he came back to do the work. Not only does he work quickly, but he checks all of the windows and goes back if he's not completely satisfied. I live in Red Rock CC and there are a lot of windows on our house. He is reasonably priced and offers other types of screen repair, etc. He will do inside/outside or both. An added plus in working with this gentleman, is that he's very personable, friendly and professional. read more

Aaron was very professional. He showed up at my door on-time for a walk around and explained the services he would be providing. He was very detail-oriented, and you can tell he's very passionate about quality. After he was done, he took me for another walk around to make sure I was satisfied with the work he had done. He took his time and cleaned up after himself. He wore booties on his shoes while he was in the house, and even helped me rearrange furniture since my back has been giving me problems. Very polite young man. Update: Forgot to mention, last week it rained, so he came by and did the bottom windows free of charge (although I did give him a tip). I'm very satisfied with the work quality and professionalism of this company. I will be contacting him again again this spring. read more
