Called them to get a quote for some solar-screens for our west-facing windows and they were out the next morning to take measurements and give an exact quote. They were installed today and I can already feel the difference. I took the temp between the curtain and windows yesterday, without the screen and it was 115 degrees! After installation, it's already down to 90 degrees! Such a big difference. read more

The team is efficient and very respectful of our property. They inspect our solar panels every time and are honest about if they need to be cleaned or not. They are clearly looking to create a long time client, not making a quick dollar on unneeded services. Very impressed. read more

Excellent job and overall great to work with. I put out a request on yelp to get our solar and windows cleaned. Neon was quick at responding and giving an estimate. I really appreciate when people or business respond quickly and they did completely. Showed up on time and did probably the best window cleaning we've ever had. I don't think our windows have ever looked so nice. It's such a bonus to have the solar cleaned as well since we all know how terrible the desert wind and dust builds up on surfaces. Very satisfied with the company, the price, the service. Will be using them from now on. read more

While the solar panels look great, the 2 star rating is due to the questionable charges. My husband was initially quoted one price and we were charged something completely different. When questioned, the guy said there must have been a misunderstanding...but that's kind of hard to explain when the text quote clearly indicated one price!!! Disappointed. **Update: Spoke with the owner who immediately cleared up the misunderstanding, apologized for the error and promptly issued a refund This is how you make things right....satisfied customer! read more
