I really appreciate when people or business respond quickly and they did completely. Showed up on time and did probably the best window cleaning we've ever had. They came in a pair knocked out the front of the house in 1.5 hours, that includes the removing, cleaning and reattaching the solar screens on a two story home. The interior windows were done in about 30 minutes - they left the spaces clean and tidy and were kind and efficient! While the solar panels look great, the 2 star rating is due to the questionable charges. My husband was initially quoted one price and we were charged something completely different. When questioned, the guy said there must have been a misunderstanding...but that's kind of hard to explain when the text quote clearly indicated one price!!! Disappointed. **Update: Spoke with the owner who immediately cleared up the misunderstanding, apologized for the error and promptly issued a refund This is how you make things right....satisfied customer! read more
