Wow! We scheduled this window cleaning about a month ago and I'm so happy we did! My experience with Time 2 Shine has been great since our first contact! I was contacted right away and agreed on a price and date. I got a message yesterday with reminding me of our appointment for this morning and letting me know I'd get a message when they were 30 minutes away. This morning at 7:30 I got a message that they were on the way and at 8:00 they were knocking on the door. They cleaned inside and outside and the windows look amazing! Our windows and solar screens were cleaned and the young men were polite and professional, so we tipped them well. We thought the price was good for what they were doing. However, we failed to check the quality of their work before they left. The tracks of our windows were filthy. I called them afterward to discuss this, but they were not courteous enough to return my call. I had called three other "highly recommended" window services from friends. First ones don't work the summer in Vegas but they'll be happy to come in September when they return from Utah; one that still has a website and phone for text quote that never responded (I later called and it was a doctors office. Guess they're out of business); and another that just flat out never responded. When the Time 2 Shine ad came across my Facebook I figured I had nothing to lose by calling. They responded almost immediately (after hours!) to collect info from me to provide a quote. Easy as pie - I sent the address and details and they sent what I believe was a very reasonable quote. I booked for about two weeks later (needed a Saturday so I could be home for the interior windows). The night before they confirmed arrival time, and then on Saturday morning sent a text that they were on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. All that's great, but did they do a good job you ask? The answer is YES! The windows hadn't been cleaned in over a year because of pool and yard construction, as well as other homes in my community getting finished. They were DIRTY! The guys took their time and did a great job. I watched one of them do the sliding door twice because it just needed it. Probably nothing I would have noticed because it was already so much cleaner, but nice that they inspect their own for quality. The glides were all cleaned out and screens were no longer brown from the dust as well. No messes left in the house either, they wore booties to protect the floor and cleaned up any drips that might or might not have been there. Love to be able to use my friends' recommendations, but in this case it really worked out well because I found a great company just starting out and doing a good job.
