My husband did his research, found Best Shine thru Yelp and he was interested in her service to reading the reviews from her previous customers. He spoke to Mara, the owner and we scheduled a consultation. Mara is super friendly and upfront- she came by showed us the mess on our roof. Gross! She got us in and scheduled for cleaning the following week. Mara and the gentleman helping her did a great job. They started the work on time as promised and finished within a few hours. Anton showed up on time and got right to work. Once everything was completed he took photos and sent everything to us to ensure we were satisfied. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later.
