Luckily,…read moreI found this company from YELP and messaged them right away as I was wondering if there was a way I could delay my start time by 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes of my inquiry, Juan called me and told me he absolutely would be able to have his team at my home at 9:30am instead of 9:00am. I received a confirmation email that night, a reminder email a few days before and another one the day before. When it came time for his team to come, I made sure I had moved what I could out of the way. They were at my home at 9:15am and I was able to greet them and let them start early. The two ladies who came to my home were Martha & Antonia and they were splendid. I of course was overjoyed to see them and they may have even thought I was a little crazy. They got right to work and started upstairs and worked their way downstairs. I did the detailing package and added in cleaning the blinds and the oven. They were at my home for just about 3 hours and they wasted no time. When I say I was stunned at their work - I was AMAZED!! I couldn't believe it - my home looked brand new. When my boyfriend got home that night, he too was shocked. I was so pleased with the work Total Home Detail did and how efficient they were. I look forward to using their services again.

I'm so happy that they took the time to clean the baseboards (which is always a tricky thing to clean) and they made the bath and shower look like when I first moved into my place. I believe they are affordable; you definitely get your money's worth. I am so grateful I became aware of their existence. They are direct, friendly, efficient and you get great value for money. Also important is they are honest; I would feel completely confident leaving my place in their hands. Which is not something you can say about everyone!

First, We appreciate that they use natural products because we have two fur babies. As a business it must not be the most cost effective method for them, so it just goes to show how much they care about their clients safety. It takes so much stress off us as a busy young couple to have professional cleaning. Marc and Andrea are great people to work with too. Very trustworthy and very flexible. They communicate effectively. I clean in between our services, but I never get my home as clean as they do. I am so happy this is who we connected with 5 years ago to service our home because we now come to think of them as friends.

No awareness of people working. Beware they clean with FABULOSO (know Carcinogen cleaner) and I've caught them mixing bleach with Fabuloso twice. If you have ANY type of rspiratory sensitivity do not use this company. I would think by now companies would use cleaners with no VOC's. ('Volatile Organic Compounds). Even though I only have one room one hallway stairs and a small inlay I purchased the three bedroom one hallway Groupon that allows you to substitute one bedroom for stairs & I substituted another bedroom for the small inlay downstairs. I thought it was a Great deal for 70$ plus 20$ tip! The person I spoke to when I called was AWESOME. They were polite, informative & all around very pleasant, making an appt was quick & easy. The person who came to my home to clean the carpets was also fantastic, polite, courteous. This review is in no way representative of their customer service b/c they have great customer interactions. Since I read on their page that the carpets can take twenty four hours to dry I scheduled my appt early in the day when I knew I could leave the property & not return for more than 24 hours allowing them to dry completely before moving furniture back in. The entire cleaning from the time he pulled up to the time he drove away was approx 45 minutes. (The carpet is beige upstairs & a darker shag brown downstairs & will be 2 years old next month, never shoes & no animal mess as all our pets are older & house broken & we have our carpet professionally cleaned routinely) When we returned to the property about 36 hours later the first thing we noticed when we opened the door was the smell, like musty mildewy rather than clean & deodorized. The movers asked about the smell as well & if the carpet was still wet. We checked & it was not, just smelly with an abnormal texture. I don't allow shoes in the house & my movers couldn't wear booties for safety reasons (slippery) so they covered all carpet with clean runners to protect it. My carpet has always been soft to the touch as it isn't very old. After drying it feels very rough, course & crispy. Also, although it seemed ok when wet, once dry just looking at it you can see it is far from clean. My son accidentally knocked his ice water off the coffee table the night we moved back in & I was really surprised to see what came up on the cloth pictured. I laid down a brand new microfiber towel and just stepped on it to soak up the water after he picked up the ice cubes. We had the carpets cleaned on 10/2/29 & he spilled his water just over 40hrs later. I'm not sure if it's a normal outcome, an outcome as a result of being a Groupon or just an isolated incident but it's a bummer none the less. I really enjoyed the people & was looking for a new regular carpet cleaning company. Maybe avoid Groupon & book directly? Im not super savvy with Groupon but sometimes I notice people's experiences with companies aren't great when they use one.
