The owner was professional, provided details regarding my upcoming cleaning and provided me very specific about my deep cleaning. After my meeting, I was very excited. However, when the cleaners arrived that's when they're 5 stars went to this one star (and I'm being very kind with the one star). When, the two worker's arrived (one older and one younger) they seemed very confused as to what and how to clean. During the cleaning I had to point out things that they missed; such as cleaning the door panels, dusting the blinds, ect. I even noticed that they did not clean the over hood. If this was supposed to be their "deep cleaning " for $300, then what would their regular cleaning look like?! Overall, I would suggest, find another company and save your money.

The business owners came in at the beginning and gave the girls clear directions and guidance on how to tackle some more problematic areas. They returned at the end time to check that everything was done to pristine standards and even got in there and helped the girls finish. I was very pleased with the service and will be recommending to my friends.

First, We appreciate that they use natural products because we have two fur babies. As a business it must not be the most cost effective method for them, so it just goes to show how much they care about their clients safety. They communicate effectively. I clean in between our services, but I never get my home as clean as they do. I am so happy this is who we connected with 5 years ago to service our home because we now come to think of them as friends.

Luckily,…read moreI found this company from YELP and messaged them right away as I was wondering if there was a way I could delay my start time by 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes of my inquiry, Juan called me and told me he absolutely would be able to have his team at my home at 9:30am instead of 9:00am. I received a confirmation email that night, a reminder email a few days before and another one the day before. When it came time for his team to come, I made sure I had moved what I could out of the way. They were at my home at 9:15am and I was able to greet them and let them start early. The two ladies who came to my home were Martha & Antonia and they were splendid. I of course was overjoyed to see them and they may have even thought I was a little crazy. They got right to work and started upstairs and worked their way downstairs. I did the detailing package and added in cleaning the blinds and the oven. They were at my home for just about 3 hours and they wasted no time. When I say I was stunned at their work - I was AMAZED!! I couldn't believe it - my home looked brand new. When my boyfriend got home that night, he too was shocked. I was so pleased with the work Total Home Detail did and how efficient they were. I look forward to using their services again.

The scent of the cleaning products used are both delightful and gentle on the lungs (as someone with asthma this is VERY important). The previous owners had embedded the walls with artificial scents that were awful and causing me breathing issues, but the Exelencia team's work has eliminated much of that issue. The team of three that worked on our home were efficient and professional. They completed a detailed cleaning of our home in 6 hours, making it a completely worth the cost!

I was bombarded with quotes all day and then of course life got busy and I was overwhelmed and told myself I'll just try to find someone next month. Then Maid 4 Las Vegas reached out to follow up on the quote they sent. They were THE ONLY COMPANY out of the dozen to actually follow up with me! And not only that but they were sooooo nice! Totally won me over and I scheduled. I had to cancel and they were totally understanding and flexible. Their cancellation policy is also clear and fair which is nice. Vivian showed up right in the middle of their promised arrival window and she was a total sweetheart. I had to leave for an app and when I returned the floors looked amazing! Also there was so gross chemical smell at all. I really love that she hung my hair dryer on the towel hook next to the vanity. Totally blew my mind because I never thought to hang it there and it's such a good idea LoL. And she also moved my scale to a new spot which is way better than where it was. The little things man!!! We will for sure be using them regularly!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

They promised that the house would be spotless and clean, however, the house is still dirty. The quality of the services are extremely poor. My property management inspected the house and stated that the oven, dishwasher and floors were still dirty. They did not fully clean the house and performed terrible work. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone after my experience with them. If I could rate them a 0, I would.
