We are customers since they were open. Always great customer service and their work is amazing! They care for my mother and accommodate her needs, we get pedicures, manicures and wax services. Thank you Viva nail Salon

Family owned businesses. They do wonderful work, always greet you with a smile and remember your name. Highly recommend giving them a try. Important to note: Cash is preferred method of payment.

Thank You Jenny. I love my wave inspired nails. Soo grateful. Cindy

I've been coming here for a little over a year now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my biweekly mani and wax. Jenny, Vicki, Jen and all the other women here are so incredibly welcoming, warm, and hardworking, and they always do a (consistently) great and clean job with my gel manicure and eyebrow and upper lip wax! I've had each women here for some of my services, but Vicki usually does my gel nails and Jen for my eyebrows, and they're great. They're also very transparent about what's going on with my nails, and how I can improve them each time (I've almost stopped tearing off my gel nails before my visits. Almost!) Their store is always clean, and they're always playing really great movies (A Star Is Born, Mamma Mia), and they're always glad to see you. Love these ladies and this store.

Enjoying a chair massage while soaking my feet. Ahhh

My & my daughters nails after 2 weeks pictured. She is rough on them and a few would pop off within a week. Not at Viva. Jenny makes sure they are strong and last. Ladies you get what you pay for. Friendly ladies, massage chairs, movies while you are pampered WOW

This is the ugliest set I've ever gotten in my life. She told me it was $35 for a set and I was like ok whatever but then she says it's $45 when i go up to pay. This is not a $45 job. And the girl painting my nails took 30 min she didn't know what she was doing. Literally the worst place ever!!!!

Arghhhh I broke my nail =( I noticed the broken nail when I was in Orange County drinking my sugar cane juice. What to do? Find the nearest best nail salon. Yelped to see if there was any good nail salon around the area and found this nail salon. The lady was super friendly and nice but I didn't like how she did my nail. It was crooked and not evenly coated. My regular nail lady would fix it perfectly. My nail was broken few days after going to this place. When I got my nail done she just said ok thank you then moved to the next customer. She left me sitting at the spa pedicure thing. Maybe they didn't have any place to dry my nails. She didn't even help me with my sandals. I actually asked her to help me. Yes it was cheap but very very disappointed..

Only the pedicure was done here.

This review is mainly for PEDICURES! My gf and I came to OC for a mini vacation and we were looking for a place to do our pedi and acrylic nails. So we decided to come here to try out the pedicure because we were unsure about how the nails were going to be. The lady that I had was very nice. She's one of the older lady out of all but she was really GOOD! She made sure my toes were nice and clean and was very experience with cutting my cuticles. I was very satisfied with her work and she was also very fun to talk to. A full pedicure with your choice of color was only $12!!! Unbelievably cheap!

Great service love it ! Amazing job ! Definitely coming back . The ladies were welcoming and very nice

I felt a little sad reading some of the negative reviews for 128 Luxury Spa, so I wanted to share…read moremy experience specifically for their Diamond Glow facial service, which is what my review is based on. I purchased a package of four sessions and have been visiting them for the past few months. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. The manager/owners are always welcoming and helpful, and they consistently make us feel like VIP guests. The front desk staff are also very kind and take the time to explain the different services they offer. Parking: Turn right once you enter the white building. Parking can be a little tight on weekends, but it's still manageable. When you arrive, you'll wait in the lobby where there's a comfortable couch. They provide slippers, a locker key, a clean white robe, and a towel. After that, they bring you to the locker room, which has one of the nicest bathrooms I've seen at a spa (complete with a Japanese heated toilet!). Once you step out of the locker room, your esthetician will be waiting and will kindly ask you to remove any jewelry before starting the treatment. I've had the Diamond Glow facial with Thanh and Tulin, and both have been wonderful. I always leave with glowing skin. The extractions are done gently (make sure to tell them if the exfoliation gets close to your eye or if the pressure is OK) and the treatment also includes a relaxing shoulder, neck, and arm massage. They really take their time and make sure you're comfortable throughout the session. Honestly, it's probably one of the best Diamond Glow facials I've had--and I get facials quite often! After the facial, they bring you to their VIP lounge area, where they serve hot tea, snacks, fruit, and water. There's also a steam room available. The overall ambience is relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. Some of my friends have also tried the head spa and massage services, and they all had great experiences as well. I'm not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from, but perhaps management could ensure that all therapists maintain the same level of training and consistency in service quality. I agree not having the therapist use their phone during a treatment! I'll be coming back soon to try their Vampire Facial and massage, and I'll update my review with the results. Overall, my experience has been a solid 5-star visit, and I highly recommend it--especially if you're coming with a group. I've gone several times with coworkers and we always have a great time!!! Sorry no photos because I'm always so relaxed inside.

I'll start this off by saying that this place was nice, clean, and decently priced…read more I'm rating this solely based on the services I received which was the 128 Head Spa Treatment V2: Massage: Tracy was my massage therapist and she was really sweet and nice. She paid attention to the spots I wanted focused on and worked out all of my knots! However my massage was definitely not 60 minutes and got cut by 10. It didn't help that when I checked in they hit me with paperwork I had to fill out which honestly should've been sent prior to my appointment. But overall the massage experience was decent. Head Spa: Ruby was my esthetician. Felt like it was more of a facial and mini shoulder neck massage than it was head focused. Was offered red light therapy in the beginning, didn't get it. The head massage hurt more than anything and was not relaxing. NO HALO WATER. Like what!? Water was lukewarm to cold the whole time, and when I was getting my face and neck rinsed off it felt like I almost got water boarded when I had a towel over my face and water just came pouring down on me. When it came to the blow dry, she must have had the heat up to the max because it was burning my scalp. This whole experience was just rough. If you want a nice scalp head spa experience, I'd recommend Luvinage. I might come back for a massage, great emphasis on might. I'm sure they have other services and treatments that are great, however, this was not it.

Book your appointment here, you will not regret it!…read more This is my absolute favorite spot. I'm a loyal regular because Julie has made this experience seamless from the jump. I'm also so *appreciative* of their scheduling team. They actually call you back if you miss them, which is basically a miracle. Julie's kindness and warm energy makes me feel like a valued community member rather than just another customer on the books. Now let's talk about Kim. Wow. I've had her three times now and my goodness, she is a wizard. She executes every step with so much care that I now upgrade to the highest package every single time just because she's that incredible. The menu here is next level. Between the jade roller, the gua sha stone, and the red light therapy, I feel like I'm being prepped for a red carpet. The moisturizing serum is pure gold, and the foot massage is the only thing keeping my sanity intact. Hahaha jokes aside, it's amaaaazing. After the head spa experience, my hair feels like a million bucks. But the real highlight? That blow dry experience. I leave feeling like a chaotic mixture of a total baddie with amazing hair and a professional show dog that's easily the prettiest competitor in the ring. I can't wait to return. The ambiance and the service equals premium relaxation for me. As someone that works really hard, booking these appointments is everything. 10/10 would recommend!

I noticed a lot of a younger crowd here (early 20s) - good for them prioritizing their wellness - I guess price point works for them too. And sadly maybe a lot of then, they do not know what is good versus atrocious. But, this is a place where one could leave with some serious skin and/or health issue, it is that bad. i was with MDs here. never again. i had 4 services here and each one was SO terrible (too chatty, bad services. it was painful all around). i found the slippers, towels, robes, showers - even the lockers/seating/walls/toilets/sinks/flooring - NOTHING was clean, just smelly/nasty - much less the amenities and pooled water/all seating. do not waste your money like i did. just YUCK. also why did they have like: zero q-tips, any product, disposable combs - like very basic items any spa always has. like even equinox has this stuff. Also their AC is always broken (we rescheduled twice due to their broken AC - they called us. guess what, we showed up - STILL NO AC it was stifling) so they bring in these loud industrial huge fans. nothing seems/smells clean (say 'green products'...). sadly, so many of the employees sound SO sick with heavy wet coughs/colds. they seem to hate their lives. and there is zero food. lucky to get water if it is not empty. too bad because it could be a nice place if they cleaned, cared, had good services. basic upkeep, and did not let in a gazzilion guests at a time. So much better to pay more at another spa and not contract some serious health issue here. i still tipped well because the employees seem so miserable and overworked/clueless, yet polite. but i want to warn others - do not repeat my mistake by going here (even if someone sends you for free, get a refund, or try a different location).

945 am, Saturday, May 16, 2026…read more It's been a minute ISpa since my last visit. I don't know how long, must be years? $40 for single entry, limited to 6 hour maximum. There still is the 10 pack deal, total of $50 discount. New to me are the leather chaises and massage chairs in the common area. Is it me? The leather chaise absorbs body heat especially after the Fire House. It was possibly the heavy cotton uniform that you're issued. Seemed like the females out numbered the males 10:1. So many pink uniforms in the common area. It's unfortunate that there is no talking allowed in the Fire or Salt houses. Even with whispering, it's very annoying and bothersome. I suppose it could be worse but it really disturbed my relaxation. Even though the spa provides free soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, it's still bulk industrial cleansers. It dried out my skin, didn't feel very good after showering. It's just slightly better than rinsing off the sweat in a hot shower. The men's TV room was blacked out, no TV on, a large quiet room. But, who can find peace in there with loud snoring and other noises coming from outside or the AC ducts. The cafe is still there. Didn't eat but the delicious smell of bul-go-gi was so amazing. It got me hungry. You have the ability to charge purchases to your card on account by providing the locker number assigned shown on the provided wrist bungee key holder.

K Spa is in a corner shopping area with a big parking lot. It was surprisingly busy on Saturday but I was able to find parking. The staff were very friendly. As soon as I entered the locker area I was greeted by one of the staff that asked me if it was my first time. She showed me where all the different areas were. The facilities were pretty clean. It was a busy day but it did not feel overcrowded. Everyone was really respectful and it was not too loud. I like that they provide some common amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hairspray, and qtips. I brought my own shower supplies and they had convenient baskets where I could place my products while I showered. They constantly brought out fresh towels as well. The towels are small so if you want a bigger towel you should bring your own. Inside the women's area they have warm bath, hot bath, cold bath, steam sauna, and dry sauna. They also have a seated and standing shower area. The scrubbing area is in the back past the pools. They have a clock so that you can keep an eye out for your appointment time. But the scrubbing women do come out and call out for your number. I got called in a little before my appointment time. They do recommend you arrive 30mins before your appointment to soak in the tubs. The body scrub was really nice and the lady was very nice. It was a relaxing scrub with a good amount of pressure so I felt that she was getting the dead skin off. They also put product on your face and hair. The hair/head massage felt really nice and the products left my hair feeling soft. They give you an envelope to tip but they also have zelle and venmo if you do not have cash. The common area is smaller than the other spas I have been to but very nice. I did enjoy the salt room. Everyone was really respectful and kept pretty quiet. There is also a kiosk where you can order from the cafe. They text you when the order is ready and you have to go back out to the front to pick up your order. They provide slippers for you to put on and then you can bring the food back to the common area.
