I came in without an appointment and was told there were no openings until 3:30. I then asked if they could just remove my liquid gel, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her- customers who were paying and clearly having a poor experience. Overall, this was careless, unprofessional, and honestly awful. New management or not, basic customer service and safety were clearly lacking. Check out the photo of my nails after "service" was rendered. They were left beaten up, sore, and in worse condition than when I arrived. Do not recommend.

It took a little driving around to figure out how to enter the parking lot and parking spaces are a bit tight. After realizing my mistake, I logged onto their website through Yelp to check the booking process. I was relieved to find the booking platform was user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly book the first available appointment (Regular pedicure with French) they had for the afternoon (12:45 PM). Shortly after booking, I did receive a text message confirmation of my appointment. I decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat before returning for my appointment time. When I returned I was quickly checked in by their receptionist and brought back to the pedicure chairs. I was greeted nicely but the pedicurist didn't introduce herself so I can't confirm her name, but online it said my appointment was with Lissa. There was one client leaving when I arrived and another getting a manicure. The salon is very spacious and clean. A very strong citrus scent fills the building. Very light spa music played in the background throughout my visit. The TV plays videos of various island resort beaches. The gel polish removal process was very natural. No drill was used. From there she proceeded with my pedicure which was ok. She was very gentle in handling my feet and legs. I was a bit disappointed at the cold pedicure water and there were no jets or bubbles but maybe that's included with the higher priced pedicure options. This salon is DEAD SILENT lol like you can hear a pin drop in here. Very different than what I am use to. Lissa did a good job of cleaning the nail beds and achieving my desired length and shape. The outcome of the French was also just ok. I personally didn't really care for how thin the French on my big toes were but all other nails came out flawless. Their pedicure chairs are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The massage is gentle and doesn't violently knead your back while the chairs themselves hug you like a glove. I don't know if I would return but I would definitely recommend to anyone who lives close by. Especially anyone very big on natural nail restoration. My total was $56.65 not including tip. My itemized bill was conveniently emailed to me within minutes of checking out.

I was a walk in and was greeted at the door. I was immediately seated for my pedicure and was introduced to my tech. Immediately I knew this was going to go wrong. The pedicure was mediocre at best. Although he did a decent job with the polish. It being a week before thanksgiving, I had a specific design in mind for my manicure. I showed a picture and asked if he could do it before he started. I was guaranteed a yes. The manicure was ok. My problem started as soon as he started polishing. I tried to explain but his English was limited. Another nail tech came over and explained what was needed. He still did not do it. The pictures I uploaded are of the base coat. The first picture is of the design I wanted. Do you see how sloppy and uneven it is? The polish doesn't even extend to the tip of my nail. As soon as I saw this, I asked for the top coat so this can be over. Now for the kicker. The same tech who came over to explain what I wanted took my payment. She asked if I wanted her partner to "fix" my manicure as she saw I didn't get what I wanted. By then I was over it. I said no thanks, just the check please. She continued on explaining that next time I should make an appointment. How he (referring to my nail tech) doesn't know much. I looked at her, confused. Why would a business have someone who is inexperienced or "don't know much" assist a customer who is paying for a service? I was so baffled. I tipped my tech and left. Never ever again.
