I've been here several times and have had a good experience however I am very upset by my visit today. I went in for a clean up and the lady took off half of my eyebrow. She rushed through the whole thing, not taking her time and acting like she care. The shape of my eyebrow is completely ruined and my eyebrows are now two different shapes. This was not a cleanup. The absolutely freaking best brows. Love Love Love them and will be back soon. Not like waxing and not necessarily less painful (depending on how sensitive you are) but it's fairly quick and last pretty long. So you're seated, leaned back, and they will approach you with thread. Most likely will need a little assistance from you. All you have to do is hold/stretch your skin tight and close your eyes. Don't be shocked by that slow rolling tear. When you open your eyes you'll have beautiful brows and your whole face will light up. If needed they will go back and clean over with tweezers. I walked in the older lady didn't have anyone. I asked her how much she said $12. I told her just to clean it up since I've been growing them out. She does one brow and it's uncomfortable because I haven't done it in a long time. She gives me a tissue to wipe the hairs off around my eye so I thought. There's some spots throbbing. She does the other side and when she shows me the mirror I see blood spots. She cut and nicked me with the tread in a few spots. I'm so upset it looks like someone scratched my face. read more

New owner- A hidden gem- Anju is the best eyebrow threading lady in palm beach. She is not only very affordable but her work is meticulous. They are very unprofessional, the work was horrible. I came in for the first time to get my eyebrows tinted, they applied the color and told me to leave with it on and wash it off after two hours. Never in my life have I been told to leave with eyebrow tint on but I figured with the great reviews they must know what they're talking about. Fast forward two hours later I came out with patchy and uneven eyebrows so I came right back to the store and the response to this was that it's my fault somehow, they refused to give me a refund and rather than being empathetic and trying to resolve the issue they blamed me for some how messing them up or washing them wrong. In years of getting my eyebrows tinted I've never had this prom. Do not recommend, will never go back. The owner left a nasty response on google and this is what I added to my initial review: Since I can't respond to the owner directly, I will address this here. Requesting a refund for terrible work is not being rude, who would want someone that has already done a horrible job to take a second go at their eyebrows? And if you thought they looked perfect like I had them tattooed why were you so quick to offer to redo them? You know that they did not come out well, and that's fine that happens but being rude, and being nasty in response to my experience as a customer is ridiculous. Be better, do better. As someone that has worked in the service industry for 12 years, I cannot understand how these people can be so disgustingly unprofessional. Because I had already wasted my time and money, and I am flying out of town tomorrow I went against my better judgement and gave this woman the opportunity to rectify the situation and redo my eyebrows. This time around there was no prep done, the tint that was applied burned my skin and has caused some sort of chemical burn making a bad situation even worse. On top of this, I was instructed to leave this color on for 3 hours (which still makes absolutely no sense), and fast forward to still patchy, uneven, and now chemically burned brows. At this point I don't even have the option to get them redone, I have to see my dermatologist before I leave and pray that they have a solution to help subside the redness and swelling. read more
