Took half of my brow off when I clearly asked her to only do clean up. It was the young lady, she didn't own up to her mistake at all. It was terrible, I am traumatized by the experience. Normally I go with Eira and she is great but she was on vacation and I thought it was going to be fine since they work in the same place. SO WRONG!!! DO NOT GO WITH THE YOUNG LADY AT ALL read more

Best Brow - BROWS - Skin Care Near Me - Boynton Beach, Florida

Walked in for a brow threading. I was nervous at first because the shape of one of my brows seems uneven after looking in the mirror. It was a quick fix and after leaving and letting my brows 'sit' for a few minutes, I was happy with the shape and fullness. Friendly, affordable, & efficient ($15) and they have a punch card for a free threading after 10. read more

Best eyebrow thread place they are fast and I love how my eyebrows come out perfect I highly recommend

Quick and efficient, friendly service. Great that they have a rewards program. My new threading place in Boynton!

Excellent eyebrow threading service and the technician couldn't have been more lovely.

They are always on point with their threading. Very talented, polite and make my brows beautiful! I cannot go anywhere else for fear it won't be as good as them!!! Definitely give them a try! read more

I've been here several times and have had a good experience however I am very upset by my visit today. I went in for a clean up and the lady took off half of my eyebrow. She rushed through the whole thing, not taking her time and acting like she care. The shape of my eyebrow is completely ruined and my eyebrows are now two different shapes. This was not a cleanup. Very disappointed. read more

I had been looking for a new brow place since I moved to boynton and finally pulled the plug and tried this location (I've been here a few times now!). I was able to get in pretty quickly and the girls are all so quick and good! My brows came out perfect and they even give you a little stamp card so you get a free threading after a few times! I definitely found my new place! read more

The absolutely freaking best brows. Love Love Love them and will be back soon. Not like waxing and not necessarily less painful (depending on how sensitive you are) but it's fairly quick and last pretty long. So you're seated, leaned back, and they will approach you with thread. Most likely will need a little assistance from you. All you have to do is hold/stretch your skin tight and close your eyes. Don't be shocked by that slow rolling tear. When you open your eyes you'll have beautiful brows and your whole face will light up. If needed they will go back and clean over with tweezers. Always professional and friendly service. read more

Have been there twice for brow tinting and threading. Had a different technician each time. Both were great. Staff is very friendly, salon is very clean. Easy to make an appointment online. read more

Love this place. I've been getting my brows and lip threaded for 2+ years. I love their stamp card system. I never wait more than 10 mins and total time in the shop never exceeds 25 minutes. Clean, professional, and kind! read more

Mahi, is a brow magician - she's basically the Houdini of eyebrows, turning unruly chaos into perfectly sculpted masterpieces. Her attention to detail & shaping is meticulous. At the end of your service, she adds the cherry on top with a soothing brow massage. So, If you're in need of brow magic, Mahi is your girl. Highly recommend - she's basically the Houdini of eyebrows, minus the disappearing act! A satisfied customer, Tanya B. read more

I wanted to like this place! I called ahead of time to book an appointment for a new design. I was sure to request the black henna. Once there I confirmed that it was still available. My Helena is brown. Not what I wanted. I wanted a darker stain and it's already fading after 2 days! The lady who did it was really nice! However I hate what I received! This was for my birthday and I'm not happy! read more

Great service at a great price. My brows have never looked better! Reasonable prices. Highly recommend

Excellent service as always. The estheticians are very welcoming and friendly. The best part is that they will lean on the side of removing less hair than more (can always remove more hair but can't add it back), and check in to ask if you like the way one eyebrow looks before moving on to the next. read more

Very quick and wonderful ladies. Eyebrows don't hurt that much but the lip and chin did make me cry. Very clean. They sanitize between clients and have special masks to keep everyone safe. read more

This review is NOT BASED on the eyebrow threading service. This review is based on their lack of communication / customer service. I just finished waiting 34 minutes for eyebrow threading service. Ofcourse they serviced those with appointments first and I get that , however when I walked in 33 minutes ago, you could have said " I'm sorry we are booked until noon ", instead you made me wait . Wait.. and wait. Please be more aware and communicative to your customers . You lost a potential regular. read more

YES! Price and service are perfect!!!!!!! So happy with my brows and the lady who did my brows was so kind.

I walked in the older lady didn't have anyone. I asked her how much she said $12. I told her just to clean it up since I've been growing them out. She does one brow and it's uncomfortable because I haven't done it in a long time. She gives me a tissue to wipe the hairs off around my eye so I thought. There's some spots throbbing. She does the other side and when she shows me the mirror I see blood spots. She cut and nicked me with the tread in a few spots. I'm so upset it looks like someone scratched my face. read more

New owner- A hidden gem- Anju is the best eyebrow threading lady in palm beach. She is not only very affordable but her work is meticulous. She takes her time, makes you feel so comfortable, and always makes sure you are completely satisfied. The last lady I was going to started thinning out my eyebrows to the point I almost lost all my hairs. And I've always had thick eyebrows. Now my eyebrows are so thick and full. And the tinting is on point. My eyebrows are definitely on fleek. Trust me! You will not be sorry you went. read more

They are very unprofessional, the work was horrible. I came in for the first time to get my eyebrows tinted, they applied the color and told me to leave with it on and wash it off after two hours. Never in my life have I been told to leave with eyebrow tint on but I figured with the great reviews they must know what they're talking about. Fast forward two hours later I came out with patchy and uneven eyebrows so I came right back to the store and the response to this was that it's my fault somehow, they refused to give me a refund and rather than being empathetic and trying to resolve the issue they blamed me for some how messing them up or washing them wrong. In years of getting my eyebrows tinted I've never had this prom. Do not recommend, will never go back. The owner left a nasty response on google and this is what I added to my initial review: Since I can't respond to the owner directly, I will address this here. Requesting a refund for terrible work is not being rude, who would want someone that has already done a horrible job to take a second go at their eyebrows? And if you thought they looked perfect like I had them tattooed why were you so quick to offer to redo them? You know that they did not come out well, and that's fine that happens but being rude, and being nasty in response to my experience as a customer is ridiculous. Be better, do better. As someone that has worked in the service industry for 12 years, I cannot understand how these people can be so disgustingly unprofessional. Because I had already wasted my time and money, and I am flying out of town tomorrow I went against my better judgement and gave this woman the opportunity to rectify the situation and redo my eyebrows. This time around there was no prep done, the tint that was applied burned my skin and has caused some sort of chemical burn making a bad situation even worse. On top of this, I was instructed to leave this color on for 3 hours (which still makes absolutely no sense), and fast forward to still patchy, uneven, and now chemically burned brows. At this point I don't even have the option to get them redone, I have to see my dermatologist before I leave and pray that they have a solution to help subside the redness and swelling. read more
