They have amazing charcuterie and Mezza plates that are really fresh and delicious. The cheese, dips, and chocolate are so divine. The food is fantastic - so even if you don't drink wine or are cutting back, I still highly recommend this winery for food too. Most of the food is either locally sourced or is a higher quality product like the gourmet chocolates. The wine selection is varied, however, it's still good wine. My favorite is the sparkling. You feel like home when you visit. I've been here twice. The first time last year was extremely magical with fabulous service and a beautiful journey. Our second time (in 2026) service was a bit slow and our server seemed a bit put off and tired. However, by the end of our stay she warmed up and we felt more connected and comfortable. I really thought I wrote a review for this place before, but I just don't see it on here. I definitely recommend this place. 5 stars, cheers and sip! Epic patio views that are dog friendly abound here or you can get cozy by the fireplace inside. They host neighborhood events to support charities too. The weekend after our visit, they were planning a "pups and pinot" - meet and greet with neighboring dogs from a close animal shelter. I really wish this place was closer to Portland - Salem peeps got Lucky by having this open near their city off the beaten path. Definitely put this winery on your radar! Such a beautiful summertime favorite.

The woman who helped us even brought out dog cookies and a bowl of water for the pup. I'm more of a fan of sweeter wines and even though they don't offer super fruity, sweet wines, the ones I tasted were really light and easy to drink. The area is known for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay so you'll find a lot of those on this area.

Rooms were clean although maybe in need of a touch of updating. No noise from neighbors. Didn't access the back patio bc of uncooperative weather, but seems like would be a nice place to hang out in warmer/drier seasons. The lodge serves lunch and dinner and we noticed live music on Thursday nite -- and a happy hour that starts at 9pm. Free breakfast buffet (with a gorgeous view and friendly waitstaff) and access to the Oregon Garden were great bonuses! Really not too far away from downtown Silverton and a nice spot for peace and quiet and quality time with your hunny bunny.

While staff were friendly, the two places to eat here share the same kitchen staffed by people who can't cook. I ordered salmon. It actually looked good, but had been so severely over-salted that it was inedible. You couldn't even taste fish or balsamic glaze. My son ordered marionberry pie, but that just tasted like sugar. No berry flavor. No tartness. Just. Sugar. I figured I'd eat at the buffet in the morning. WRONG. The eggs were some kind of instant egg scramble--rubbery and dry. The sausage? Subpar. They had Greek yogurt, but it was very grainy looking. The ONLY redeeming feature was the drinkable coffee. It wasn't anything special, just a go-hum medium roast tasting of generic coffee. But it was nice to enjoy a couple hot cups on the patio.
