Ignored my requests about staying away from the hairline due to a hair serum I use that had retinal and burned my forehead. Ignored requests on other areas that I went over no less than 10 times. Would highly recommend using a different company. The company is relatively cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Spend a little extra money and get it done right at a dermatologist or plastic surgeon office with people that are properly trained and know what they are doing. I always enjoyed my services here, however after I cancelled my membership I realized I was still getting charged for months afterward. When I called to explain to their management that I had cancelled, she told me they had "no notes on file" and they could only refund one of the three charges. Also, the card I had on file got replaced and when my payment failed (because I didn't know I was being charged) they took it upon themselves to charge another card they had on file. After spending nearly $15k here and my skin being absolutely destroyed, I feel obligated to post my experience so no one else will make the mistake of entrusting these people with your appearance. I was sold a Halo laser and promised a quick 7 day turn around and promised fantastic benefits. My skin was already relatively healthy with few concerns but after being heavily pressured into this procedure, I can honestly say it is the biggest regret of my life. I even brought it to their attention that I had Morpheus 8 in the past and it left me with significant hyperpigmentation and I was concerned this would happen to with the laser. I was assured it absolutely would not and encouraged to have this procedure that would essentially solve every skincare issue according to their information. After following all of the pre and post care instructions to a T including purchasing the expensive aftercare they recommended, I was left with hyperpigmentation, skin texture irregularities, and a distinct "mask" outlining exactly where they burned my face. I was told this was normal and would eventually resolve but I should buy ANOTHER laser to undo the damage they caused. I am now 10 months out and it has only gotten worse. I had to see a dermatologist who now has me on long term hydroquinone and I have made very little improvement. I have had several chemical peels and am still left with skin that looks older and damaged than what I started with. Not only did they destroy my skin with a Halo laser that I don't believe was even necessary and leave it so much worse than it was to start, they then sold me a package of lasers to treat the damage done by the original laser. When I no longer felt comfortable with them lasering my face after seeing the damage from the first one, the only way they would refund over $1,100 of my prepaid package they was left was if I signed an agreement not to post my experience with them on social media. Additionally, I was receiving Botox for migraines from my doctor and the remaining cosmetic part of the treatment I was going to Vitalyc for. The Botox from my doctor was always effective but the areas Vitalyc treated looked as if nothing at all had been injected. I brought this to their attention and was offered another injectable, which also appeared to do nothing. The contrast between the areas where my doctor treated and where Vitalyc treated was extremely obvious. I am not sure what I was injected with but it doesn't appear to be the Botox my doctor uses. my biggest regret is trusting these people and allowing them to sell me nearly $15k in procedures that ruined my face. My job is social media and this has caused me an immense amount of emotional distress and physical pain. They then tried to insinuate maybe my skincare routine was to blame and wanted me to buy an expensive regimen to try to fix the damage they caused. The fact that they wanted me to sign an NDA explains why I could not find any negative reviews on them. They will not refund your money if you buy a package and end up with a laser injury unless you agree not to tell anyone. The amount of mental and emotional distress this experience has caused me can not be overstated. To entrust someone to help you and have them take your money and refuse to refund it after destroying your face unless you don't tell anyone is not only unethical and immoral, it's theft. Please save yourself from this medspa, I wish someone would have warned me what was to come... If you're looking for an experienced, HONEST, and professional provider, do NOT come here. I feel that I need to warn people about my experience, if only I had been warned it would have saved me 15-20k in corrective work. I bought a package of three Morpheus8 sessions, that was about a year ago. Since then, I have deeply regretted getting any work done at Vitalyc, as I've suffered endless problems to my skin, face structure, badly placed filler, etc. here. The WORST of all: I experienced facial fat loss on all parts of my face that was never intended, to the point I don't even recognize myself in the mirror any longer. I am deeply distraught and emotional about how my face will look in 10-20 years as I know how important facial fat pads are to remaining looking youthful. I have continued to purchase package after package and fillers after another for my face that I've never really needed in the past in hopes to fix what was done (before I noticed the fat loss). I've had to buy laser sessions elsewhere to remove the veins under my eyes that all the sudden became superficial due to the fat loss underneath my eyes. I've spent in total nearly 10k at Vitalyc to look WORSE than when I walked in. My beautiful big cheeks are DEFLATED to flat and now lay close to my bone, my face looks skeleton-like and my eyes appear closer together from the significant temporal fat loss. I also suffered from skin texture irregularities, lack of healthy glow to my skin, unbalanced facial features due to the loss of fat, bones more prominent, and that list isn't exhaustive. The only way to fix this depletion of fat is a fat graft to the face (surgery by a plastic surgeon $5k+ MINIMUM, possibly needing to be done twice). When I realized what had happened (since the process was very gradual, up to 6 months after each treatment), I immediately notified the provider and informed them about the issue. We set up a meeting in which me and three other people listened to my concerns. They basically gaslit me, acting like nothing has changed in my face, but they did offer ONE syringe of Sculptra- which would not have fixed the fat loss in my entire face, so I refused and they excused me as a customer. I asked for a refund for the unused PRE-PAID services I purchased and when they refunded the UNUSED services, they acted like they were doing me a favor. I'm not sure who told Vitalyc that melting fat down to the bone is ever a good look, but in an attempt to rejuvenate my SKIN, which I thought we were doing, the Vitalyc provider who treated me decided it was okay to melt the fat along my whole jawline, around my mouth, and then subsequently (meaning to or not) all over my face. These changes combined can massively impact someone's look and their ability to recognize themselves in the mirror (a normal concern after major SURGERY). I did not come here for a major transformation or for fat melting (besides UNDER my chin)- but that's sadly what happened. This spa denied seeing any fat atrophy when it's clear in every single picture that I suffered fat loss on my cheeks, temples, under eyes, chin, and jawline. They did however, mention that their machine malfunctioned, although they don't want to give details on what exactly happened. I also find it interesting that information is not included in my medical record. There were also multiple other false points of documentation in my medical record as well if that tells you anything about this place. I signed up for a membership last year, mainly, to treat hyperpigmentation. I had a VI peek done, happy with the potential results. Had another one a week before I started my new job. Expecting everything would go as before. The aesthetician recommended to use the moisturizer they sell for dry patches. I followed directions, except it burnt my skin. I was in tears from the pain - the burns hurt bad. I was in tears to show up to my new job with burnt skin, and couldn't put makeup. After doing my research, I discovered that you don't apply anything with alcohol during the exfoliation period from the VI peeL. One of the ingredients of the moisturizer they sell that was recommended is alcohol. I was embarrassed when I showed up to my new job but had to face the consequences. Unfortunately, instead of making progress, I now have the results from the burns on my nose and my cheeks. Lisa, the manager, was nice to accept to cover one VI peel - but it is going to take more than that to correct. I don't blame the aesthetician, I like her. They need to be more careful. I recently joined Vitalyc Medspa with a referral from a friend. From the moment you walk in the ladies at the front desk are friendly and inviting. I was a bit reluctant to try the bbl laser treatment on my face for brown spots. The Laser Technician Jessica Kimmell was so genuine from the start of our appointment she out me at ease. She explained the entire procedure before hand. The sensation I would feel on my skin and every step of the way she told me what she was starting to do on my face. Afterwards she explained how I needed to treat my skin, to nourish and protect and what to expect especially the first few days after the treatment. So excited to see the renewal of my skin. Right away I scheduled a hydra facial with Jessica and the 2nd bbl treatment in 4 weeks with her. I also highy recommend Katy for Botox. She is super thorough. "Last chance saloon", I said to myself as I let out a deep breath stepping out of my car, for the reflection in the glass window stared back visibly battle-worn, the first signs of ageing now firmly taking root in an otherwise still-athletic visage. As I stepped into the Vitalyc oasis, the atmosphere changed immediately, wafting with a dewy freshness you could almost visualize. The staff may as well have been angels, and the pristine white and cloud décor only served to imbue the perception of something resembling heaven. The service was excellent, starting with the Hydrafacial that turned back time on my skin. 30 minutes later, my six-pack made a rapid reappearance as I emerged out of the first of four emsculpt sessions. A few running repairs on my face in the pit stop to redemption saw the re-emergence of the vaunted jawline that had defined my modeling career over a decade ago. Hours passed by in minutes, and I swanned out of Vitalyc, having shed about 10 pounds of stress while rolling back 5 years off my body. I was a little nervous during Covid to get my annual "tune-up" but I couldn't get over how clean and careful this Medspa was. I received botox in my forehead and crow's feet and tried under eye filler for the first time. At 39, the idea of filler terrified me but Taylor did an amazing job easing any concerns. In fact, I made 3 appointments over the last year at different medspas for it but canceled because I was so anxious about the procedure. Taylor thoroughly numbed the area while walking me through the use of the cannula which ensured I wouldn't have multiple sticking points around the eyes. There was zero pain and only mild, but expected swelling, the day after. We went incredibly conservative to start. I returned a week later where she walked me through the process again to add a little bit more to my liking. Today was my first visit to Vitalyc I went in for some Botox. Firstly I was very impressed with their sanitation machine when you enter to keep everyone safe during Covid. Next I was given an amazing consultation with Jess B. They had this amazing machine called Visia which captured images of my skin and help me see aspects of the health and age of my skin! Turns out it's about 3 years younger than my actual age, woohoo! Jess was great and helped explain all the different machines and how they work as well as talked me through all the results from the Visia. My nurses where also fabulous. I am a scared of needles and they helped make me feel very comfortable and even used a cool little vibration tool that helped distract me. So happy I found this place. I originally went to another medspa for Morpheus 8 but they couldn't treat me until 3 weeks out, even though they said they could treat me sooner. Disappointed, I randomly found Vitalyc on google and call them at 4:30pm. They were only 2 miles away but Vanessa was able to take me in that same day. She went through a quick but super thorough consultation and talked me into getting the Halo and BBL laser treatment instead. I was reluctant to get it done because of the price but boy am I glad I did. She was able to fit me in just 3 days later. Vanessa was right! Vitalyc is the best new one-stop shop for my aesthetic needs! After being in quarantine for 3 months, I was overdue for Botox and when I walked into Vitalyc it wasn't only gorgeously appointed, Jessica at the front was polished, professional and welcoming. I was offered beverages and made to feel comfortable. During the consultation she gave me a tour of their space and educated me on all of the broad range of services they offer and their brand new, top of the line equipment and technology. It's refreshing to visit a Medspa that has so many options for every skin type and every stage of skin wellness. Before my treatment I was able to exped their Visia skin analysis machine which showed me the current condition of my skin - pore size, sun damage, texture quality and fine lines, which was super enlightening and helped me make a plan for correction and skin maintenance in the future. My RN's name was Jessica and while I've had Botox many times before, she did a great job of listening to what I wanted and explaining what she was doing each step of the process. She's also the most gentle with a needle and made it a breeze! It's been a week since my treatment and I'm very happy with my results.
