Thankfully, I passed and didn't have to do that this time! This shop gave me the best deal I ever recall getting on a smog check (with coupon code) and I was kindly helped late on a Saturday afternoon even though it was close to closing time. It was also done fairly quickly. It is a no-frills place, but who needs fancy when you're getting a smog check? As long as it is affordable and quick, that's all I need. The only less than ideal aspect of this place is that it is located in a tight area surrounded by lots of cars and other businesses, so it was a little stressful turning around our car to leave. There was one car ahead of me but I only waited for about 20 mins so it was super quick. The tech was super nice and friendly. Parking in there can be a little tricky since it's a small lot. The person ahead of me I guess put in a new battery and didn't drive it for too long and that seemed to be an issue? Good future information to know. Make sure to tell the tech beforehand if you changed any parts or did anything to your car before hand so you don't fail and have to come back.
