Awesome service. This spot is right next to/affiliated with Gabriel's Auto, but they're the ones that actually do the smog testing. The auto mechanic was super hospitable and got my smog test and paperwork done within 15 mins. I had messaged on Yelp and was given a price quote of $55 flat which they honored. Fast, friendly and convenient smog test near Pasadena City College. This family run business (son runs the smog test biz and father runs the auto shop next to it) has always exceeded my expectations. One time my headlight went out and the mechanic fixed it for free after I bought a replacement. I'll always go back to them just for that. A little kindness goes a long way and it's hard to find honest and fair mechanics. Anyways smog check was simple, in and out in ten minutes, and had to be done to get my registration renewed. They handle getting the info to the DMV and even give a small discount for being a AAA member. Will be back with my other car when the time comes. read more
