I am a bonafide fan of Visolution! I started with another company ... half way through the installation I knew it wasn't going well. The tech was a very nice guy, however, he wasn't able to see my vision. I told him to take the TV down and I called Visolution to come out within a couple of days. When the techs from Visolution came in, they were very courteous and professional. They installed my TV upstairs so quickly! Also they avoided having to install an IRR behind the wall, something the other company wanted to charge me $150 for. The second TV downstairs which caused the other company so much pain, was also done quickly and with precision. Because of my earlier experience with the other company, I was worried I couldn't get what I wanted. Welp, they got the job done. I have my (slightly dated) heavy ass Sony TV hanging on the wall on a pivoting/swinging arm. I am able to move and adjust it smoothly - which was the worst problem that I had with the "other" guys. And to top it all off I saved at least $200 compared to what the other company charged Awesommmme! The other company also had very good rating on Yelp, but for me - Visolution was way better. My family recently purchased a 1500 sq.ft home. With 3 kids we have always had our tv's mounted to save space. My wife did some research and found this home theater installation company. We gave them a call and chose the gold package, sound bar package, and picked out a Sanus Java Series audio/video cabinet. In short we had them design and install it all in our master bedroom. They did an awesome job. We used only two other companies before and this ones top notch. We did not have holes in the wall like our previous tv installations. Request Abe and Danny as your installers!!!!. We have an awkward living room with the only possible tv position forcing the tv to face a wall with no seating. Abe and Danny came out and gave us some different options and suggested a full motion wall mount. Its Looks amazing with all the cable hidden and the living room is perfect for anything now. We also had a tv wall mounted upstairs and the cable outlet was all the way across the room. They went up in the attic and ran the cable, we still have a great install with no wires to be seen. Abe and his assistant came out to my home for the second time today, the first time was for an issue that want able to be resolved but he gave me some guidance and which was able to assist. Very professional and honest guy that was trying to make sure we were taken care of and not trying to push anything on me. For this reason a other project came up and I called Abe back, he was very responsive and was able to come out within the next few days to do the work. They always do a professional job and each time they have gone out of their way to help solve problems that have arisen during installation. The mounting serve was good but too pricey if you ask me. I could to see if they can transfer the tv they mounted into my new home and they have no transfer/moving rate. They want me to pay for removal and the installation package I want which essentially means I'm paying for removal, another mount and installation. I am so glad my neighbor recommended Abe/VISolution! We needed to install an in ceiling surround sound system and Abe came out to give us a quote. We were concerned the builders had put the prewiring in the wrong locations but he took the extra time to check with a toner. I was quite impressed because another company quoted "assuming the prewire was in the right place". And he pointed out we were prewired for outdoor speakers in the patio that we were never told! He also reviewed our existing stereo equipment and made recommendations on new equipment needed and how we can tie everything together.
