After showing me the glasses they carried she explained that I could buy the frames from another location but had to bring them back so they could install the lenses. She said that the insurance required them to send the glasses to a specific lab in order to install the lenses. Therefore I did not need my prescription. After speaking with my wife, who has been wearing glasses most of her life, she found the interaction unbelievable. Eventually I returned and forcefully asked for my prescription.
