I ended up getting my frames at the Mequon location because this one was closed on 12/30 (and I wanted to use my insurance) due to Omricon. While the frame selection was smaller at Mequon, the staff was very helpful and I found a pair. They delivered the glasses to this location. There was a mixup in the lab and they returned an empty frame so it took longer than it should have.

One staff member started to prep the wrong eye of my mother, I caught the mistake. Also Dr. M does not understand that patients matter. Mind you this was told to me AFTER I was on hold for 5 minutes as the receptionist looked up my request! After being a patient for over 10 years, I won't be back. It took 14 days to get them and would take another 7-10 days to get them redone. I cancelled the order on Tuesday having lost confidence in the lens manufacturer. I have just had my fourth eye surgery a corneal transplant and my glasses being correct is super important after all I have gone through. I went to Family Vision Center to see the selection of frames they had. They had a great selection of a variety of different shapes. I went the same day I cancelled the others. I did not realize they see people by appointment (COVID). They did not have people scheduled that day apparently. Even though they weren't seeing people that day they gladly helped me find a frame I liked. The previous place had to cancel the order in the system and have it cleared before they could place my order under the new insurance. There were issues getting this accomplished and they spoke with my insurance company five times to get the order through for me. They were friendly, professional and willing to help me get this done so I could get my new glasses. I can't express enough how pleased I am with this business.

Everyone there is friendly as well as professional and knowledgeable. As with any business, sometimes "glitches" can occur. How the staff responds to these situations is what separates the superior business from the average or less-than-average. I also understand that you can't please everyone 100% of the time (especially those who may have overly high expectations). From my own recent experience, I can honestly say that the staff, doctor, manager, counter and sales personnel at Premier Vision of Fox Point truly believe in and practice top notch customer service. They cheerfully met my expectations in a more than timely manner. Get the best, you deserve it!

Overall a very bad experience and I'm thankful I've found quality care elsewhere. The reasons for…read moremy 1 star rating are as follows: Dr. Walters misdiagnosed me, is illegally withholding medical records, thinks 8 weeks is a legitimate time frame to return phone calls, and is overall very rude and unprofessional. It is my assumption he is withholding my medical records and the office notes because they are incomplete and substantiate my claim of a misdiagnosis. Not only is withholding my medical records a HIPAA violation, it's not representative of a legitimate medical practice. I have made several requests both verbally and in writing for my records AND THE NOTES. If my Medicare and HIPPA violation complaints don't get their attention, perhaps a subpoena will. Dr Walters claims his standard time frame of 8 weeks to return phone calls is completely reasonable. This is absolutely absurd. Not only have I worked at several reputable medical practices, but I often have to reach out to various medical practices regarding myself, children, and wife. I have yet to come across anywhere else that its not SOP to return phone calls within 24 hours on a business day. At most legitimate medical practices 24-48 hours is the standard. When I dared to very nicely bring these issues to Dr Walters attention, he told me that I should be nicer to people who have "carried" me. I asked him what he meant by this statement and he did not care to elaborate. These items I spoke to him in a completely flat and emotionless tone. I still don't know what he meant by "carried you" since he hasn't even done the bare minimum, yet the billing system seems to always be working just fine. Finally, the parking lot, waiting area, reception area, bathrooms, and diagnostic area, were ALL very dirty and unkept. I'm sure if you have simple needs for something like near or far sighted correction, and you are willing to put up with the above, then go ahead and take your chances. Otherwise if you have low vision I strongly recommend you avoid this place for your own health and safety.
