To make matters more confusing, I received an automated "hope your glasses are working out" survey while being told the order was still weeks from completion. The issue here isn't that delays happen. It's the lack of transparency, ownership, and communication. Other LensCrafters stores clearly manage this better, which makes this feel like a local management issue rather than a brand-wide one. If timelines slip, customers should be told early and clearly, not after deadlines pass. I wanted to give this store the benefit of the doubt, but experiencing the same pattern across two different years makes it hard to recommend.
