Had the exam from Dr. Lam, and like before I was escorted to the optical side of the building for new frames. Yesterday I went to pick them up, but while there I could read 8, 10 and 12 point type. But the lettering on the wall which was 20 inches tall was blurry. The sample reading card 8"x8" I was holding looked like a trapazoid! Not Square! The young lady who was fitting me for frames said "we made a mistake and "they" must have over prescribed the lenses. Finally, this morning I called at 9:50 to cancel my 10:15 appointment. I live 5 minutes away. They receptionist said they are going to charge me anothe $50 cancellation fee because they have a 15 minute window limitation on cancellations! Go figure! They will not grant a refund, not part of their policy, even though they admitted by their glass-fitter it to being their own error! They got their $$$ and all they can say is sorry.

When I was off with them, I always came back regardless of the price because the customer service FAR exceeded the service I got at every other eye doctor I went to. My most recent visit, I went as a walk-in and Nicole (I believe) was able to accommodate me. Micahel then helped me pick out some glasses that made me feel good and confident. I 1000% recommend Classic Care Vision! The team members have changed over the years, but the hiring team obviously takes pride in hiring amazing people to serve their customers because I have not had a bad experience yet, and I have interacted with many of their staff members! The doctors are also kind. They take their time with each patient. I never felt rushed and felt welcomed to ask as many questions as I had.

The staff seemed nice but forced to robotically say the same line to customers all day about the doctor insistence on these mandatory additional charges. I looked up the charges on my phone as soon as they told me about it and found out that dilation was usually an option and that the charge was on the highest end of typical, so walked out and found somewhere else nearby later that same day and am so glad I did. I'll review them separately. Again the place is fine the employees are nice and the eyeglass sales woman was very committed and dedicated and interested but whoever makes their policies is out to make the most money possible with the least work possible.

Their frames were all fairly priced. Once you get to the back, the state of the art technology was top tier. I was jaw dropped by the ease and care of the technician guiding me through the process. After the pre eye screening tests, I was ushered into a beautiful little private office exam room where elegantly placed decor and equipment married together in perfect and tasteful style. When Dr. "A" as she is affectionately called, walked into the room, I knew this would be my forever eye place. Dr. A is not only thorough and proficient, but also she is kind and personable. She is very easy to talk to and the most important thing is that she listens. I felt so seen and heard by her. She is simply in a word fantastic. Keisha was great, being both very knowledgeable about the products and options, and assisting me in finding a frame(s) that complimented my face. She was also very patient. So, when it took me about 3 weeks to select 2 frames, she still worked with me as if I were a new customer or better yet, a loyal regular. I have to wear prescription sunglasses during the day and regular glasses at night and when it's raining. The glare and halos at night make my driving scary and dangerous. She argued with me about anything that any other doctor has told me about my condition. She basically told me that I was on my own as far as seeking recommendations for a specialist for an eye condition that I have been diagnosed with through testing. She gave me very bad advice about further treatment for my eye condition. She had a "God" complex as far as her time and treatment of patients is concerned.
