They are a very friendly and welcoming staff. There has not been a time when I felt they were not. You are required to wear a mask when in their office. Continue with social distancing. Yes, they sanitize between patients on all their equipment. They are still up holding all cautions so bare with them. Show up for your appointment and bring your patients. Everyone they see is a priority. I like the staff and the fact that they treat you with respect and kindness. I appreciate that I personally was taken care of and relaxed so much that the surgical process only took 15 minutes for my first and second eye procedures. ( done on two separate dates). The pain factor is minimal and my vision is now 20/20. I didn't realize how much I was missing until I received my two new lenses. I followed all their instructions to the letter, and healed without any complications. Thank you Milan Eye Center for your great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend your office and your excellent staff.

My appointment has now been canceled twice, including after I had already waited months to be seen. The most recent cancellation was not a same-day emergency situation. I was notified weeks in advance that the appointment would not be kept, yet the clinic did not provide a reasonable solution or help me get scheduled with another provider. For a medical practice, especially one dealing with eye care, reliability and communication matter. Patients arrange their schedules, wait for appointments, and trust that the office will respect their time. Repeated cancellations without an appropriate alternative creates a real access-to-care problem. After this happened, I looked further into the clinic's reviews and complaints and saw many other people reporting concerns about scheduling, communication, billing, insurance issues, and overall poor patient experience. Based on my own experience, those complaints are concerning. At this point, I do not feel confident moving forward with this office. I am thankful I found out before receiving treatment, because repeated scheduling issues and poor communication are warning signs for me. For anyone dealing with repeated cancellations or difficulty accessing care, it may be worth contacting your insurance company and reporting it as an access-to-care or network adequacy issue. Insurance companies need to know when listed in-network providers are not actually providing timely or reliable access to care. I do not believe contacting management will resolve my concern because this appears to be an ongoing pattern based on multiple reviews and complaints. I will be looking for another provider.

I have very good insurance and have never had to pay anything other than my copay, elsewhere. If you absolutely love the vibe you get when you walk into a sleepy car dealership... This is the place for you.
