Having to have cataracts removed might seem like a scary surgery-- it's actually not. The staff at Milan is still working after a major pandemic hit our country. They are a very friendly and welcoming staff. There has not been a time when I felt they were not. You are required to wear a mask when in their office. Continue with social distancing. Yes, they sanitize between patients on all their equipment. They are still up holding all cautions so bare with them. Show up for your appointment and bring your patients. Everyone they see is a priority. I like the staff and the fact that they treat you with respect and kindness. I appreciate that I personally was taken care of and relaxed so much that the surgical process only took 15 minutes for my first and second eye procedures. ( done on two separate dates). The pain factor is minimal and my vision is now 20/20. I didn't realize how much I was missing until I received my two new lenses. I followed all their instructions to the letter, and healed without any complications. Thank you Milan Eye Center for your great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend your office and your excellent staff. read more

I went to the Canton office for laser surgery on scar tissue removal from cataract surgery three years ago. I was impressed with my initial visit and was pleased to get the procedure scheduled for my left eye the next week. The procedure was painless and took only a short time after the preparation was done. The office staff has been very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Milan Eye Center. read more

Never been to this eye care facility before but I definitely will be returning! The attention my son received was friendly and professional. The doctor was extremely thorough and even consulted other doctors within the center to formulate a collective diagnosis. The facility is very comfortably lit so it's easy on the eyes and the diagnostic instruments are top notch. Even the reception desk was kind, attentive and went out of their way to assist us with a same day referral. read more

2nd surgery last month cataract surgery at the ctr it was a great experience. I can see super clearly now betrer than the last year or I just undergone the second surgery and it went by quite smoothie I can now see better than I have for the past 5 or more years. I now see why Dr. Patel is in demand. I had to leave another eye group because the svc at Milan is so much better and they have the latest equipment to do eye examinations. I'm a Milan eye guy for good. THANK YOU MILAN read more

Great care and detailed yet easy experience! In and out of surgery with fantastic results-

Milan Eye Center is very professional and caring for their patience. I had cataract surgery done with minimal discomfort and great results. The office is very up to date with modern equipment and a highly trained staff. I would highly recommend. read more

The doctor I was seeing (admitted he didn't understand why I was having blurred vision) quit going to the Canton office, and I was told that I needed to go to the Marietta office. I told them that was not convenient for me and that I would like to be assigned to another doctor. They told me that was not possible. What kind of professional medical facility would rather lose a patient than resign them to a different doctor? The change in location isn't convenient, and i am not happy with my current doctor. I will find another doctor. read more

Friendly, professional staff. Easy to schedule an appointment and we had a minimal wait time. Excellent diagnostic testing.

Dr. Patel and entire staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Over all a very good experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and Milan Eye Center to anyone having cataract surgery. read more

I had a really bad eye infection because I got Clorox in my eye. The Dr. took his Saturday off to see me, then proceeded to call his girlfriend to find out what they were doing tomorrow (Sunday) . He saw me that day also. I was losing vision in my eye and he saved it. Great Doctors there. read more

I went into the Canton office for debris removal from my left eye. The saw me within hours of my call and took good care of me. I would highly recommend them. read more

Very thorough eye exam. Very professional and caring staff. Would recommend. The office was very busy but they were very organized.

Everything about my experience with Milan Eye Center has been high quality care. I would recommend them to anyone.

Clinically very competent. Administratively very poor. If you have a problem while recovering from surgery, it's almost impossible to get a live person to call you back. They never, ever return voicemails. A real problem when you need help after having surgery. Can't believe any surgical center would treat you this way!! read more

First time visiting Milan Eye Center. Had a ZAG procedure. Front staff friendly and kind, Dr. Espinsoza was extremely calming during the procedure and all went well. Saw better once eye drops wore off. Returning in one week for the next eye feeling very confident. read more

I saw Dr Karan Sajja 6 months ago. He did a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair. It's been an awful experience. It took 5 months for my left eye to show any kind of an eyelid! I wouldn't go see any friends. I looked like a freak. Now it shows a little bit of an eyelid but it is uneven. He over corrected the drooping. My eyes look too open and it's the shape of a circle. Your eyes should look more like an almond shape. I'm going to have to go to someone else to see if it can be fixed. My 3 year old granddaughter asked me what was wrong with my eyes 6 months post op. Don't let him touch you. read more

I went to Milan Eye Center in Canton , Ga. The Doctor said that I needed eye surgery and I asked him how much it would cost, but he said he couldn't answer that question, and told me to ask the front desk! The front desk says they can't tell me anything unless the Doctor schedules surgery! I've called over and over trying to get the procedure price and appointment for surgery, but instead I get angry receptionist and a complete runaround with no help whatsoever! I'm having to look elsewhere for a better company! Very ridiculous place. Even some of the staff that were doing part of my eye exam , kept messing up and got my measurements wrong. Who's running this place? read more

Eye care is top notch! I feel very safe with them taking care of my eyes. So important!

Great experience with yag capsulotomy. Dr Aldo Espinoza was great. Very quick service and didn't have to wait . read more

Go somewhere else the the message from this place. I called for routine exams for both my son and I---- we both have medical concerns with our eyes that we are being tracked for...me with glaucoma and he with astigmatism and some muscle coordination issues as a result of his cerebral palsy. The receptionist informed me that we couldn't be seen if we didn't have medical concerns. I explained the above....to which she told me to just go to an optometrist. We are taking our business elsewhere. What an unprofessional, unknowledgeable group!!!! They need better trained people and a more accurate representation of what they DO there. I think they are a bill mill & only want you as a patient if they can get the big dollars. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more

Very good experience. Staff is very helpful. I'm having my other eye done in 2 week. Special accommodations were made for my service dog to be with me during my regular visits (not in survey for obvious reason). read more

Doctor cut my eye trying to remove an eyelash. He got so flustered that he didn't finish tests. He prescribed an antibiotic that my pharmacist said couldn't be filled because it had been out of production for several years. Then, to top it all off, I couldn't get a prescription for my myopia because the doctor sends everyone to an optician which meant another appointment and more fees to get glasses. I should have just gone to America's Best to begin with. I would not recommend this office. read more

My wife and I both underwent cataract surgeries under the care of Dr Johnson and Dr Lohman. We both received excellent care before, during and after our procedures from the Drs and every one of their professional staff. They are compassionate in their approaches to the needs of every patient. We cannot thank them all enough and are thrilled with the outcomes of our surgeries. We have already referred friends to them. read more

I had cataract surgery here and had a great experience. I developed scar tissue and had to come back for laser surgery. Same doctor-equally great experience. read more

This clinic does not accommodate to people in wheelchairs or transport chairs. They need to be a little more compassionate to the elderly. Long waiting time as well. Not friendly. read more

Very professional staff, they take the time to answer any questions. Had first cataract surgery 11/15/2021, they dealt with a difficult patient (me), in a very gentle way. The improvement in vision is absolutely amazing. I can hardly wait for 11/29/2021 to get the other eye done. They are wonderful to work with. read more
