Overall not a positive experience. Staff is friendly but seems to lack critical thinking skills and training. I will not be back again.

I went here earlier this year for some new specs. I had gotten my eye exam completed at Target…read moreoptical which I love but was not impressed with their current selection. We went around to a couple different stores (in and outside of the mall) before landing at Pearle Vision. Although pricier, you were instinctively aware that the glasses were of better quality and the customer service was great. I didn't feel hounded or hassled at all as I freely took FOREVER to try on multiple frames. Keisha was great, being both very knowledgeable about the products and options, and assisting me in finding a frame(s) that complimented my face. She was also very patient. So, when it took me about 3 weeks to select 2 frames, she still worked with me as if I were a new customer or better yet, a loyal regular. I chose 2 frames and a pair of sunglasses all of which I love. I even returned to get the anti glare added on (which Keisha had recommended but I declined) after realizing it affected my driving at night and how I looked in pictures. Love the staff here! Check it out if you're in the market!

Nice people here. Not as "slick" and "polished" as Lens Crafters, but I left believing they were…read moreequally as competent. Well. As competent as mall eye shops go. People were in and out in a progressive manner for appointments. They even managed to work a few walk-ins in. The doctor, Dr. Amit, was very friendly, and really knew his eye stuff. I was impressed. Courtney, the office manager, got me in the door, with excellent customer service skills. How often do you hear that anymore? I think these folks try a little harder to BE good, and to give you GOOD, QUALITY service, because they know they're competing with the guys you see on tv all the time. I had a good experience, recommend these folks, and will be returning.

Dr Dattolo has been my eye doctor for a-gazilion years (except neither of us are that old). I…read morefollowed her from a past practice because she did such a great job with vision therapy for my son (anisometropia). She's helped me with chronic dry eyes and glasses. Two years ago after Covid and a vascular surgery I realized I just couldn't see to read paragraphs. She's helped me with vision therapy, independent research, and now a remote appointment. This week I had a home EEG and needed good data for my neurologist. We met online and went through the things that make me snap, crackle, stutter, and twitch. I am very thankful that she's the resource I had available when these issues began.

This a a review for Dr. Dattolo. Although we haven't been to Eyes on Towne Lake, we used Dr…read more Dattolo for my daughter when she was at Roswell Eye Clinic. We LOVED her. We had lots of elective testing done for difficulties at school. I wasn't sure what testing we needed for my daughter, but after talking with Dr. D, she knew exactly which tests were necessary. Unlike my daughter, I don't have eye issues, leaving me lost at times with the verbiage used in office. Dr. Dattolo always answered my, sometimes silly, questions, without an ounce of judgement We miss her terribly here in Roswell! You're lucky to have her, Woodstock

The person (Sorry! didn't get her name) who did all my eye testing was very competent and explained everything in detail. Dr. Lam was also excellent, answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. I didn't have time to took at glasses but I'm sure that will be a good experience, too when I get back there. Thank you all!

Money is all they care about, not customer satisfaction. Order a pair of progresive reading glasses…read moreover a year ago, but could never wear them. When I looked down at the foor, the floor appeared 10 feet away, When looked up through the top portion of the lense same thing. The only time I could get sharp vision was if I looked through the very center of the lense. 2 months ago I decided to try a new pair. Had the exam from Dr. Lam, and like before I was escorted to the optical side of the building for new frames. Yesterday I went to pick them up, but while there I could read 8, 10 and 12 point type. But the lettering on the wall which was 20 inches tall was blurry. The sample reading card 8"x8" I was holding looked like a trapazoid! Not Square! The young lady who was fitting me for frames said "we made a mistake and "they" must have over prescribed the lenses. Finally, this morning I called at 9:50 to cancel my 10:15 appointment. I live 5 minutes away. They receptionist said they are going to charge me anothe $50 cancellation fee because they have a 15 minute window limitation on cancellations! Go figure! They will not grant a refund, not part of their policy, even though they admitted by their glass-fitter it to being their own error! They got their $$$ and all they can say is sorry.
