I've never had an issue and the price again is just right. There were two woman working in the Optical department. I asked one if she could assist me with picking out frames. And she showed me which frames were for woman and walked away. I was a bit shocked at her customer service. She had no name tag on. I went to the other lady available behind register her name was Damarys R. Who was already assisting my husband. Once she was done with him I was hoping I was next. Wrong Damarys R. mentioned to me that she could not help me with my glasses as my script had changed a great deal and that she would have to call my optometrist. I mentioned it's the weekend. She said come back another day and they will call my doctor. Well that's great! I went a week later hoping to see a fresh face willing to help. Cynthia the optical manager assisted me with picking out my two pairs of glasses I needed readers and regular sight glasses. She helped me from start to finish. She was so pleasant. Not once did she bring up that I could not get my glasses done. What a relief!! Cynthia mentioned it takes up to two weeks to receive glasses. Once glasses are ready for pick up Cynthia mentioned they have lockers with a code and you just pick them up from there. Thank you Cynthia for assisting me ans making things work out so smoothly.

It looks very spacious now. Natalie, the optometric technician was kind and professional. I felt like I was talking to a friend the whole time.
