She's personable, warm, easy to talk to, and always takes her time explaining everything. The front office crew is just as amazing. I also appreciate how up to date everything is. Dr. Tabiza uses some of the latest eye care technology and equipment, and she actually walks you through what she's looking at instead of just doing the exam and sending you on your way. I got to see a doctor finally after I called them with my insurance company (it took me 1.5 hour over the phone) but when I went back there as a follow up, there were FLEAS so I was told to come back next month. Then again, they cancelled my appointment the day before saying there was problem with the insurance company. I even asked if I can pay cash, they said no. I also asked if the doctor could give me any advice over the phone/e-mail since I already started my treatment 2 months ago, they said no. I've been on the meds the doctor prescribed and what am I supposed to do? Should I stop or continue? They said they can do nothing about it. Very professional. So I had no choice. And yes, I told him that I wear lenses. I was there for a contact lens exam. The equipment was old and outdated. The "clinician" then proceeded to put drops in my eyes without washing his hands before putting me in a "dark room" full of people where I was told it would only take 30 more minutes to see the doctor.
