This might be the only stone/gem shop in town and so happy they're here. Definitely would recommend checking them out. ‼DO NOT BOOK WITH JENNIFER‼…read more INITIALLY Jennifer was friendly and I felt very welcomed. She was confident and blunt which I appreciated. However, the only part of my reading she got right was that I had stomach problems (but who doesn't?). Paid $50 for her to tell me to fix my problems with my dad (we have no problems???), help my younger brother out of a future drug addiction (I do not have a younger brother), and go back to school (I literally just graduated and don't need to go back school). Spent half the time trying to convince me to get my chakras unblocked and balanced for $3500 I talked about my reading with my boyfriend and it seemed that most of the things she said pertained to him. So I called her to tell her that her reading for me was inaccurate but accurate for my boyfriend (in a lighthearted manner) I DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR A REFUND OR ANOTHER READING. She continued to press her irrelevant reading on me and her tone became more agitated as the conversation continued. I told her I wanted "no bad blood and didnt wanna stir the pot" however she was adamant on her reading being the absolute truth. I was left quite dumbfounded as she twisted her reading to try to make it relevant - if I married my current boyfriend his little brother would be my little brother and I wouldn't care if he had a drug problem??? I could go on and on about what was wrong with this call. I wouldn't have left such a bad review if she had simply admitted she was inaccurate with her reading/apologized (I'm understanding about it) and would have been more professional during the call. One star because she complimented my nails.

Immediately one of the workers gave me a hard time with my dog and tried turning me away because I had my dog. He explained its because theres cats and another dog and I felt like I was begging to just come into the store when he was insistent I couldn't come inside with him (I have gone to hundreds of shops many with cats and haven't had issues). I offered to pick him up while I looked around and he seemed hesitant about letting me even do that but let me in. Anyways I was really thrown off by the hostility and approach, I felt i was judged and perceived in some way that was not welcomed in the shop. I felt an overwhelming amount of anxiety and panic once inside from the encounter I ended up just leaving and not looking at anything.
