I have an eye condition that I monitor so I tend to go to optometrists and even ophthalmologists if necessary, but I stopped by vision works today to get my glasses adjusted as they keep falling off of my face. I talked to Garrett Wright on the phone who indicated that I could swing by, even if I'm not a client, and have them adjusted for free. I came by after work and I was in and out in probably 90 seconds. Garrett was lovely, super fast, and did exactly what he said he'd do. Great customer service! read more

Went in early one morning and spent 45 minutes trying on glasses. I get that COVID makes everything a hardship but... to not let a customer use the restroom is absurd. I had my hands all over tons of glasses and flushing the toilet is going to give the worker COVID? Needless to say I left abs won't be back. No, store close by we're not open yet to use their restroom. Also, prices are ridiculous. read more

Great selection of eyewear. Depends on the type of person you are when shopping (want to be left alone or want to be walked hand in hand around the store) but it seems they have someone for both these types I just got the opposite of what I was looking for both times I was there. Left alone when wanting to get more info and continually recieved unsolicited suggestions when not. None the less, I know the help all came from a good and well meaning place. The store is well lit and has a ton of different options to choose from. I appreciated the effort to make the sell and explain the costs. My glasses were a little overpriced for considering I had another locations price for a similar pair. I would go back for certain but would have options in hand to compare. read more

The worst. It took 3 months for my daughter to get her glasses and 2 months for mine. They had to remake my glasses once and my daughter's 3 times. Never before have I experienced an error in a prescription, error in making the lenses, having to remake lenses, or losing an order. We experienced all of the above. read more

I bought glasses for my 14 year old daughter in January. She has been wearing glasses since she was 8. She is very responsible and has never broken a pair. Last night the glasses I bought her less than 90 days ago broke in the nose area and can't be fixed. I have been trying to get ahold of a representative and I have been on hold for more than an hour. I am very disappointed with there customer service. They are an essential service and they are not open to assist with broken frames and replacement. I would not recommend getting your frames at any visionworks location. read more

I have placed my order for glasses in store at the end of December 2020 and when I went to the store to pick up glasses in Mid January 2021, they have somehow lost the glasses and said they would order replacement and directly ship them to my house. I understand that mistakes happen and said that is fine and went back home. I called in again on 6th of Feb 2021, the representative told me that will call me back as they are busy, but they never called me back. I called in again after a week (11th Feb) to find the status and they said they placed the order for replacement on 8th Feb, and the representative I talked to was saying they placed the order when I went to store. They are clearly lying, as I went to store in January and they placed the order on 8th Feb, clearly 20days gap between them. If they were honest about their mistake even though it is second time, I would have said it is fine again. I never wrote a review on yelp. But this store straight out lying about some thing this small made me write this review. May it is just this store or may be it is just the people I had to deal with at the store, but this is one of the worst experiences if not on top of the list. read more

Since COVID, the hours have been shorter and they're no longer open on Sundays. This is great for the employees, but a little hard for the working class. Also, this location was closed for training today which would definitely be something that could have or should of posted on the website. read more

I had a great experience with Chris, selecting my glasses, however, now here to pick them up there's 2 ladies working and no less than 10 customers all irritated having to wait so long because the workers are clearly in no hurry whatsoever. I have watched people wait for 10 minutes and just walk out. There is no sign in sheet so they don't even know who to help next. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Update, it got worse. So after waiting 30 minutes an nice bearded fellow came from the back to help. About an hour prior to arriving I had called and asked if my glasses were ready and was told that they were only to now find out that the wrong lenses were ordered (no one called me to tell me that) and it would take longer for my glasses to be ready. At this point I just want my money back so I can take my business elsewhere. read more

Well I had a great time here. Betsy was most helpful and knowledgeable..Lots of frames to choose from but in my opinion usually 5 styles is all you need.. Just find your color!.my glasses were ready in 10 days like she said but quality control noticed a scratch and I had to wait 3 more days ..perfect fit now.. Worst service ever. People were on the phone not greeting any guests. Ended up leaving with another customer walked in and got full service.

Beware of the "buy one pair of glasses - get one free" ad. I went into the store to buy one pair. Salesman asked if I wanted to get a 2nd pair "free." I said Yes, possibly...let me think on it. He said "that'll be $704.97" (progressive lenses). I was shocked! That was almost TWICE what I paid for 2 glasses a year ago (same BOGO promotion, same store, same frames, same lenses, just increased strength a tad). He blamed it on COVID. I told him that was outside of my budget. After 10-15 minutes, while he typed away on computer and used a hand-held calculator, he got the price "down" to $422.97. I said nope. Minutes later, got the price down to $408.75. Nope. Somehow he found more discounts and I walked out paying $340. I asked if I could still get my "free" pair (buy one, get one free, right?) He said no, that's only if I paid the $704.97. I said "then I'm paying for TWO pairs -- not getting one free" and he could offer no explanation. I gave 2 stars because the staff is friendly. read more

This location is great, and Chris is really knowledgeable and helpful! I will admit that I made the process complicated by changing out frames a couple of times after purchase, but Chris handled it like a true pro. I have gone in for maintenance/cleaning and the staff here is always ready to help. I'd recommend this location to others. read more

I've been dealing with eye issues for a while now been needing a new pair but that cost is what got entail I ran into vision works and was told about it by my sister their eye examination room is right next door to their frame shop and they're quick and easy thanks to Nicole for the great guidance on my frames and the deals they were having I was able to get two so thank you Nicole very much also thanks Chris for helping with the reframing fit for my pair rally happy I found this store and will be back!!! read more

Excellent Service. I was in the store today to have them look at my glasses. One of the arms is not springing back and is kinda flopping loosely. I asked if it was fixable. The Manager took a look and tried to repair. When he was unsuccessful, he replaced them with new frames and swapped my lenses over. The whole thing took ten minutes. I was impressed. I will be back to Visionworks to buy my next frames! read more

I went in durring my lunch break 1pm and the lady with red hair helped me. My lens was falling out of my frames. She added a screw and she straightened the ear pieces and even gave me new nose pieces! read more

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the words "Hello, Someone will be with you in a moment" about 30 minutes later another person walked in and was greeted in the same fashion. We finally left and I planned to NEVER EVER come here again. We have had this issue in the past. Once we were in the van we saw Betsie walking back to the store. After talking to her and took us in and had us out the door in 5 minutes. Now, How can she do that with my family of four getting glasses and the two people working did not have four people total and we sat waiting forever. Not to mention.. .a HUGE issue I have is while waiting and they only have two people working at the time... one person answering the phone. This means she stopped helping the people she was actively working with and the others waiting to be helped to help a person on the phone. They need more people working. I want to be clear.. the ONLY reason I would return is if Betsie was working and I will be calling first. (She gets a 5 star and the store gets a 1) read more
